Overall, I am impressed with the quality considering the price. The chair was easy to put together. Just follow the diagram. Make sure to tighten the screws completely. The chair feels solid to me and the cushions are comfortable. I am happy with the purchase.

Six months in and it gave way…but they offered a full refund w/o me asking
I have had the chair about 6 months and a front/knee screw just gave way and broke. Shortly after I posted this review I was offered a full refund w/o me asking. Stand-up customer service!

Easy to put together, looks really great but feels flimsy
This was easy to put together and looks really great. Itâs Comfortable and easy to adjust. But once youâre sitting on it, it feels flimsy. I donât hear cracking or anything. Just doesnât feel sturdy.

Looks great and excited to try it but there are no instructions!Hoping the seller contacts me and sends them.Jumped onto another reviewer and used his post of instructions. Great edits! Made the difference between putting the middle brackets in the wrong place and getting it right the first time. Here are his comments”:The wood piece with the text goes on the back side the wood piece with the slanted sides belongs in the middle wood piece with no text or slanted sides goes in front. Note: the middle piece with the slant goes with the wider side and is oriented towards the front, and the narrow side is oriented towards the back. The chair is wider in the front and narrower in the back.The other note I will add is to leave one side loose until you have the seats in place. It makes things much easier. The last assembly instruction should be to tighten the bolts down one side.Nice chair. It has changed the ergonomics of my desk a lot so I will need to raise the desk somehow. I am on zoom almost all day so this matters, a lot.Will update post after a few months.

Works well but difficult to assemble and wobbly for the price
The chair itself is wonderful, does exactly what it’s advertised to do. My back and hip pain have drastically improved! However, the assembly is challenging and requires a lot of patience. Also, I’ve tightened the screws as much as I can but it’s still slightly wobbly. The wobble doesn’t bother me too much but it is annoying considering I spent almost $250 for it.

Great for low back pain
I work a desk job 9-20 hours a day. It takes some getting used to and legs can hurt a little when you sit in it for awhile so I trade out throughout the day between this and a regular chair. This chair has greatly reduced my daily intense back pain and also training me to sit up straight even when using my regular chair so Iâm building my core too. Very glad I purchased this!!

Pain in shins if you’re tall or have long legs
Bought this chair, despite adjusting the seat cushion backwards as far as possible the lower cushion puts continuous pressure on your shins
