This sound board is crap.
The sound board doesn’t work with any good mic. You have to use a low quality mic with it, which ultimately make your auto sound like crap. The sound board it’s worth your time. Buy a higher quality sound board it will pay off better in then end.

Works for my needs
Wanted to test it for the sound effects connected to a mixes for live sound. It was extremely disappointing when I tried it with the mini cable as it had noise and super low volume. Decided to do more testing before returning it and tried it with an XLR to mini cable, wow what a difference. Decided to keep it and I’ve been using with no issues. Tried the effects and a condenser mic with no issues.

Feature âpackedâ for pennies
This sound card is kinda amazing, a far as âfunctionalityâ and âsound qualityâ are concerned. 20 years ago you couldnât touch anything like this for less than a couple hundred dollars (minimum). The vocal effect presets are good, the on-board special effects are functional for creators etc. Would I use it if I was a professional podcaster? Regularly, probably not. But in a pinch, or if I am traveling etc? Yes, for sure. Definitely recommended for new people creating audio/video content, or for singing karaoke online (like I typically use it for).

Pretty cool but can’t use it, doesn’t record at a high enough volume with condenser mic.
I use streamlabs for recording and streaming, I have filters for my mic, so it messes up the sound effects. Tried putting it in on its own just so I can use the sound effects but streamlabs isn’t letting me run two mics at once. So unless you’re just starting out on youtube or streaming and haven’t gone down the rabbit hole of software audio drivers and filters, you might want to get something that has alot if filter options built in. This one has a few good perks but it just doesn’t record loud enough on its own. So long story short great to play and have fun with but not great for making high quality videos. Btw I use a phantom power pack for my condenser mic so I know its not a power issue when it comes to volume.

Poor quality
Forget hearing your game audio it doesn’t pass it through enough to hear much of anything very useless, if you are going to have a party chat and want it for that and only that it’s perfect but not if your playing a game at the same time
