Setup is rather easy. Once we connected to our wifi, we discovered an update was available. It was quick. Using the app is simple and self explanatory. During the initial setup, you need to use the touchscreen. It responses well, but it does hold on to all the touch mark. Like all of them. It collects dust quickly too. Sending photos and video is easy with the app. You can allow multiple people to add photos. Whether in portrait or landscape position the auto-rotate keeps your pics in the proper orientation.

I purchased this product for my mother for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! It was very easy to get set up and the instructions were very clear.
