Quality Product Good Price
I use this as a portable MP3 player during workouts and hiking. The sound quality and fidelity is excellent. I’m impressed with the sturdy aluminum chassis, and navigating the touch screen for options and settings is easy. I bought this during Amazon Black Friday week and saved a few bucks on the price, and of course Amazon’s delivery was quick. Overall very happy with the product.

Great player, but NO PROTECTION.
I recently purchased the H20 Pro.Iâve used the Hifi Walker H2 for a couple years now. Excellent audio quality, good build quality too. The screen is not the greatest and the interface is ok, but nothing spectacular. Bluetooth range is short, but fine. Iâm not using every feature of my player like some other users do. I donât particularly require more sophisticated folder management or EQ adjustment. I mostly play hi res wav files through Bluetooth to headphones of the car.Anyway, I bought the H20 pro, and itâs a significant upgrade in terms of build, design, controls, size, adjustability, screen refinement. Very good software implementation for my needs overall, touchscreen works well, Bluetooth works well.Itâs actually quite a nice device, and from what I can tell, pretty much blows away any competition until you get into the Astell and Kern stuff, which is hundreds, if not thousands of dollars more.My 2 gripes are:1. Wireless Bluetooth doesnât automatically pair with my headphones when booting the unit. I have to reconnect each time I power on. Kind of a pain, especially in the car. The H2 doesnât require re-pairing each time.2. NO CASE! What is it with not providing a nice fitted case with these things? My H2 has a fitted case I sourced in China. It was almost $50, and they sewed it upside down, which pissed me off. But it still fits and works and protects the player. I also purchased a siliconecase for it, also sourced from China. I didnât like that one as much, but still, it fit well and did its job. You can at least buy screen protectors for the H2 online, which is a good idea.Neither of those cases are still available for the H2 as far as I can see online. Furthermore, no case AT ALL exists for the H20 pro. No screen protector either. Major oversight. Hopefully this will change, but after three or four weeks of just living on my nightstand, my H20 is already beat up and scratched, which bothers the hell out of me.Why do you not sell a protective case for this beautiful device? Do so, and youâll probably double your sales.

Looks like the name brand mp3 player and as good quality
Very nice looking case and design. Great music and sound performance. Easy to use and connect. Nice touch screen to access and control. Good sound quality and can tell the difference right the way. Recommended.

Excellent Hi-Fi Audio, But You’ll Often Be Blue (Toothless)
Review of the H20 running firmware version 1.1: I moved to the H20 Pro from an old Fiio X3 as I needed a player with Bluetooth, compatible with a new vehicle radio. The player’s build quality is excellent, very sturdy case, great touchscreen, and lossless audio sounds great! The H20 makes tweaking the sound to the user’s liking quite easy via basic EQ options or via MSEB. The player sounds great with a wired connection, and offers a good selection of Bluetooth codecs, all of which sound fine on my new vehicle’s radio. In my opinion, a great audio player. Now, here’s the negative, and the reason for a three star rating. The H20 will not maintain a Bluetooth connection with my vehicle’s radio once the player has been paused and the vehicle’s radio has been shut off (I’m in the delivery business and service 7-10 stops a day). Even with the H20’s idle timer set to off (the player doesn’t shut down after 5-10 minutes) the Bluetooth connection needs to be re-paired with the radio every time the radio is turned on. This same radio has no problem staying paired with an Android Phone under the same circumstances, so I have to assume that the H20 is at fault.Considering that I bought the H20 to use with this vehicle radio, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’m standing by, hoping for a firmware update that will solve this problem. Sadly, I cannot recommend the H20 at this time, as I can’t imagine that folks who would buy the player for use with a Bluetooth vehicle radio or Bluetooth headphones would be satisfied with it’s performance, especially compared to a cellphone, which, while not a hi-res solution, can be used as an audio player, and not leave the user Blue (Toothless).

I love the variable speed playback option.
Good, small quality mp3 player. Great sound. Highly recommendable.

HiFi Walker H2o Pro
The volume wheel is cool. The touch screen is clumsy because unless you have really precise accuracy, you wind up not being able to navigate efficiently. You’d need fingertips that are small like a pencil eraser. The native EQ does not affect the sound very much. The battery life is not long enough. The whole unit is heavier than it has to be. It’s good that it does not have stupid apps – we have phones. The screen is just the right size. There is no need for an e-book feature. Improve the above because the unit has great potential.

Nice unit
This is my 3rd attempt to replace my aging IPOD and this unit comes the closest. Easy to operate and with great sound. Bluetooth connected easily to my car and kept the connection. The memory card (64gb) included was of decent quality (others I have tried came with cards I would not trust)Less frustration, intuitive, controls are clear though the manual could be more comprehensiveTouch screen is bright and very visible. Nice for us older folk…
