Works Great for a Multi Viewer/User Zwift Feed to 1 TV
A very easy configuration with two Apple TV’s running the Zwift App as inputs and 1 output to my TV.

Multi-functional, but not perfect
I bought this for PiP (Picture in Picture) capability. I have 3 computers and a FireTV, connected to the same display. I wanted to be able to have a video playing in the corner while I perform maintenance on the computers and monitor server usage. With a KVM switch, I could only connect to one device at a time. This device allows me to do all of that – with the exception that I also have a separate keyboard/mouse switch.Pros:The HDMI Multi-viewer Switch 4×1 allows me to select all four inputs simultaneously, showing a smaller image of all 4 screensA separate Audio selector allows me to select which audio source, all coming in through HDMI from the computer source, to direct to the monitor. I can keep it on the FireTV audio, even if I switch to full-screen display of any computer.I can also scale the video from the sources.The feature/price ratio really favor the price. It’s hard to beat the price.Cons:While you can select two inputs for a side-by-side or over-and-under simultaneous display, it doesn’t remember the previous choices, so a user must modify the settings whenever the device switches from full screen to multi-display mode. The only remedy for me was to put the two most-used inputs in positions 1 and 2, the default locations for 2 input display.The same “have to modify settings every time” issue occurs for over-and-under vs side-by-side. You have to cycle through past over, to get to side, each time you switch from single display to multiple.I can’t use the maximum display resolution. That information was in the description, so it’s not a surprise, just an alert.I wrote more words for Con, but I think the Pros outweigh the Cons, at least for me. I get the functionality I wanted for a low rate, with the extras being the ability to select the audio input, separately from the video input.

Actually has real PIP… not just split screen
This is the only product I’ve been able to find that actually has real PIP. So many will say they do but they dont. And it’s made of metal, pulling st my heart strings right there. It seems to have been built well. PIP is impossible to find these days unless your TV has it already… this is better because you can take it to a new TV.And actually has old school PIP, not just split screen or 4 screens like every other one I’ve found… actual PIP where you can watch something in the corner and play video games and it’s how you picture that being. Literally nowhere have I been able to find that, until now! Even if you are changing screens often, it’s worth it in my opinion. No weird delay or anything.I’d say my only grief is the controller isn’t the best but it gets the job done, it’s not too bad.Play around with it a bit if you aren’t getting inputs on screen. I swapped hdmi outlets (meaning what was intended for ps4 is now PC and vice versa and that did the trick) on the device I mean. And with the remote, it works but you have to point it directly at the device with nothing in its way, old school!Seriously, thank you. It’s not often I buy something that really improves the overall experience. And frankly, for how well it’s built the price is fair, in a world where most things are built to break, it’s refreshing.

Funktioniert bisher sehr gut. Hin und wieder verliert das Gerät am Ausgang das Signal, wenn man zu schnell umschaltet, aber im Gegensatz zur Anleitung lässt sich das Gerät über den “Service” Eingang mit einem Mikro-USB-Kabel an einen PC anschließen und wird dort dann als “DSD Service” erkannt, mit einem virtuellen COM-Port.Über diesen COM-Port (57500 Baud, 8N1) kann man dann mit einem einfachen Terminal alles auch ohne Fernbedienung oder Tasten am Gerät (letztere lassen sich sogar in der Kommandozeile sperren!) aus der Ferne steuern.Screenshots zeigen die Hilfe (mit “H” aufrufbar) und den Gerätestatus (mit “STA”). Man kann gut sehen, dass ich gerade 2 HDMI-Quellen angeschlossen habe und beide Quellen auf verschiedene Ausgänge durchgeschaltet habe.Leider ist der PIP-Modus wenig flexibel, einzig die Ecken lassen sich “rotieren” und die Quellen umschalten, aber verschiedene Größen etc. sind leider weder über das Gerät, noch über das RS232-Terminal möglich. Da hätte der Hersteller ruhig mehr an Power-User denken können (dann könnte das Gerät ja sogar fast schon ein richtiges Video-Mischpult ersetzen, mit den ganzen Funktionen).Definitiv ein guter Kauf, auch wenn ich vorher nicht wusste, dass der RS232-Anschluss tatsächlich funktioniert. Der Hersteller schreibt, dieser sei nur zum Firmware-Update gedacht.

I bought this to view 4 screens at once on my projector so when my friends come round we can all watch the sports we want to, so basically everyone gets a 50 inch screen. It’s a good quality build, feels solid and not flimsy. I had no issues setting up, just plug in and it was good to go with each plugged in device displaying clearly with no problems. You can also use to just switch between devices in full screen and there is no lag in the switch just an immediate picture from the next device. Audio is from my soundbar which is connected to the projector earc and there is no issues with delays and audio quality is unaffected. It comes with a power supply which I use with it. It can output to two devices, so if you have a second TV, monitor or projector to output to, it can do that also. The remote control is the only thing that’s potentially a bit annoying as you need to be able to point directly at the switcher but doesn’t effect me in my setup. Also the remote is on the same ir channel as some devices like light switches which use remotes and set top boxes, so be away you may experience some frustration with lights going off or channels changing.

Ce multiviewer fonctionne très bien et il fait tout ce dont on a besoin et même plus. Il n’est pas simple à configurer pour mettre plusieurs écrans en simultané mais il propose plein de fonctionnalités.Je recommande ce commutateur multiviewer !
