Very good computer
When I first powered on the computer is ran very slowly. I happened to know to check the update status and there were several. It took a couple of restarts, but was the update list was cleared, the computing speed has been what I thought it should be. The large screen is great and I have always like back lit keys.

I like the size it works very well for me.Disliked, the fact that I wasn’t aware to go to windows update immediately once I had set up the log in page,this pre loaded windows 11 computer or any preloaded computer has to be completely updated or it will not function properly.My advice is go to Windows Update before attemping to do anything on it or you will have problems.I took mine to bestbuy to get it working right.

Piece of Junk
2 months after getting (two weeks after the return window) stopped working on the internet. IT guy cannot even restore to factory. Wasted 750 on this and 250 on the repair guy. May be a great boat anchor.

What a great laptop
I love the laptop although I DONâT like windows 11 – the screen is nice and clear and bright. The battery gives over 7 hours of use.
