It’s a pretty color, the fingerprint function is nice to keep my kids out of it. It’s a tad slower than I expected but for the price I paid still worth it.I did keep it despite being a little slow. Color on screen seems a little dull but I honestly haven’t adjusted all the settings yet.

NOT “NEWEST” ANYTHING! AN OPENED, REPROGRAMMED SYSTEM, ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS. SLOW PROCERSSOR!
How can this “NEWEST” laptop with 16GB RAM/UP TO 3.1GH Processor have such a SLOW INTEL QUAD-CORE PROCESSOR???This “S Mode” (NOT EXPLAINED PROPERLY) means your laptop is MICROSOFT TOTALLY CONTROLLED with MICROSOFT ONLY software (and deletes everything else you switch from your previous system from A NON-NICROSOFT cloud) and if you turn “S” off you lose many features you can’t swap with other software like the MICROSOFT START screen which only links to MICROSOFT EDGE CHROMIUM which I hate! I did shut off “S MODE” and had to figure out myself how to get all my non-MICROSOFT pictures, text files, and all else manually from my GOOGLE CLOUD which took several hours!!! I’m VERY PHYSICALLY DISABLED and alone, I didn’t need this! I just got ripped off 3-years ago with an HP ENVY X360 laptop/tablet which is all anyone had in stock during COVID. It has a well known DEFECTIVE hinges that break and damage keyboards and cracked my screen too. HP did no recall??? Yet their own HP Boards have thousands of different user complaints about the exact same issue, yet no recall???I contacted seller direct about it all, they only thing they say is “You can shut S-MODE off.”. No kidding, I already did that! Nothing to say about the slow processor which I asked about again AND NO RESPONSE! I have a desktop widget (uses a tiny amount of processor) that shows processor use which is often at 100% using nothing but basic programs??? I delay, or disable all startup items I don’t use often. So there should never be situation where 100% of my processor is in use (unless the seller swapped it out with a slower one which seems likely to be the case)! I can find no other explanation… Being mostly bedridden for 20-years, I play an online game which now is constantly lagging (due to this terrible processor) and never lagged on my previous laptops.STAY AWAY FROM ANY LAPTOPS FROM PROSALE & READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR ALL THEIR LAPTOPS WHICH TELL THE SAME STORY I’M TELLING OVER AND OVER AGAIN! Sadly no one honestly reviewed this laptop before I bought it!

I’m barely computer literate, I have a few old laptops that I’ve accumulated over the years. More memory, storage & power seemed to be the answer I was given when whinning about why things were SLOW or freezing up. So far this has been really pretty fantastic. Trying to get used to Windows 11 hasn’t been completely horrible. The one potential issue I encountered when registering the new computer was being told that it was already out of warranty with HP. I followed the instruction that popped up & submitted my purchase information to HP. The next day I was informed that there was nothing they could do, my warranty was expired! I was still within my 30 days to return the computer to Amazon & fortunately had saved the box it was shipped in. Before I boxed it up, I decided to call a number that was on the email. Mostly planning on giving some bot a piece of my mind. Much to my surprise & delight I was transferred from the bot to HP Customer Service! As I explain I had followed instructions submitting proof of purchase & was still told I was out of coverage I was asked to attach it to an email reply so it would be in their inbox. They went out of their way to make it simple & easy. I was asked if I wanted to stay on the line or get a call back. I can’t believe but I asked to be put on hold, wondering how many hours that might take. A few minutes later I received another email & the representative came on telling me my warranty date had been changed & when I logged into my HP account the next day it would show up on my computer. Best customer service experience I’ve had in years!!!

Keys are not tactile and feel cheap. Considering itâs the only physical contact a customer has with the product, you should expect the manufacturer to make the quality a step better than this.
