FAST, DUAL SIDE SCANNING
Best scanner. I bought one for a client after using it at another client. Quick, easy to use, do not have to get up from desk to put paper in scanner. Quality, dual side scanning and speed of scanning.

Looks nice, software experience ruins it.
The hardware is great, similar of what to expect from other leading brand high speed bulk scanner units. The software experience is awful. After installation of the full software suite, by default, the scanning button does nothing. The scanning tool is far from straight forward of how to configure the scanner button to work, the windows scanner configuration panel doesn’t quite do the job either. When you DO manage to get the scanner button to work, it takes a good 10+ seconds to respond and begin scanning even on a decent recent spec computer using a USB SS / USB 3.0 interface. When opening the scanner software, it takes forever to load even on this high spec computer. Remember how long it took for photoshop to load in 2004? It takes longer than that. I am not impressed at all. The poor software experience makes it a deal breaker and it will be returned.

GOOD SCANNER
Have used other hp scanjet 7800 for years, this seems to perform at least as good!

Great Scanner
It was relatively easy to install to my desktop computer. I scan lots of multiple copies at a time to my payroll clients. The scans are crisp and clear. It scans rapidly also! I am very pleased with this HP Scanner…

Not a reliable scanner!
Frustrated with this. Have problems with having to scan things 2 or 3 times as I grt an error message. Some people are not able to open the documents, I have to print to PDF and resend.

I love this scanner. This is the 3rd one we have purchased for our office to sit on employee desks. Easy to hook up!

Product is good. Scans multiple pages in seconds. Small size that fits on office deal easily.Although would like to share feedback on EMI option. It says no cost EMI and there is no interest charged. But when you get the debits each month there are extra costs towards GST on interest and additional processing charges.

The first supply received appeared like a used Unit. I returned it. The supplier replaced it with a new Unit in original packing. The scanner is fast and provides good output. It can take upto about 40 pages at a time and scan both sides of the page. Resolution can be adjusted in the app. I am sure that the product will serve me well for many years to come. There is a problem with the installation of software. Upon finishing installation, I didn’t get a feedback at all. The app should provide better user interface.
