I enjoyed this product because everyone has earbuds I’m sure but a lot of people will over pay a lot of the time. But with these you get a bang for your buck, comfort in your ears, cool color, durable if ever drop them, bangin bass, and not to mention a built-in charger so you don’t have to worry about finding one.

Charging is a pain, but overall good buds
The JLAB Go Air Pop Wireless Earbuds (Navy Blue) are unexpectedly nice for true wireless earbuds with a current list price of under $20. The case is light. The bud covers come in three sizes (although annoyingly, there’s no storage bag or case, so the spares will be easy to lose), and the earbuds are comfortable. The tips are soft and the plastic doesn’t press weirdly or irritate my ears.Sound quality is as-expected for buds at this price point, which isn’t great for music. Sound settings can be EQ’d in the JLab app, which helps some, but clarity was muddy and bass remained muted no matter how the settings were tweaked.Podcasts and calls were remarkably clear, though, which is the purpose for these buds, since they’ll be used solely for taking calls at coffee shops and in offices. As they’re only IPX4 (sweat-resistant and water splashes), light indoor use is the extent of how I’d use these anyway, since that makes them only sweat and water resistant.Pairing these earbuds is easy and the touch controls are simple to use and responsive. Those, too, can be customized within the JLab app.My only real complaint with these earbuds is that charging the buds and case is reliant on a built-in USB-C cable, which causes two issues. First, if the cable gets pulled or damaged, the case is completely dead as there’s no option to charge with an external cable. And second, the cable is extremely short, which makes charging it a pain in less than an ideal situation. With my work, less than ideal is my standard, so that will remain a hassle the entire time I own these.Still, for the price, these are hard to beat as backup or light use office buds. I recommend them.

Just Ok.
I’ve had other JLab earbuds so I had high hopes for these as JLabs is a reasonably priced product and does what it needs to.However, this model seems to miss the mark. I DO connect and DO charge. In fact they do what they should except they don’t do it well.To be specific, what I mean is, they take a bit to connect, longer than previous JLab models and the sound cuts out AND has pops and static. This makes me think it’s just this specific device. My other Bluetooth earbuds from JLab work with this same device, and they work well, but this model, for whatever reason, just doesn’t. If the connection were consistent and clear, these would be highly rated.

Comfortable, inexpensive, easy to pair & set up, long charge life, clear sound, app is great & cool colour options are why these ear buds rock.

Wish the sound was louder and easier to remove from charger. I do like that it comes with its own charging port

I bought these once before, lost them, bought another a year later, and they have insane delay. Everything else about the earbuds are really good, they feel good too, but having 1 second delay automatically ruins this product. Never again!
