    Unmatched tactility, surprisingly suitable.
I have been eyeing these switches for YEARS. In this time, I was convinced that they are only a novelty, and unusable for any meaningful work or gaming. I had assumed that the video reviewers were right, and that I would have tire fingers and sore ears after using these switches for too long. After using these switches for a bit over a week, I am still very happy with them. My concerns about the weight and the noise were overblown, and I find these to be very nice. They are very stiff. If you have never tried a switch like this before, you will be shocked. The tactility is strong, but also the return spring is HEAVY. They are, however, still very smooth in use. I think the stiffer actuation makes typing a bit more confident, since it’s much harder to fat-finger keys. The noise level is actually pretty reasonable for a clicky switch. The overall volume is simillar to cherry blues. The click is much sharper and less rattly, but there is also a click on the return stroke, so you get twice as many clicks. These are great to type and game on. I don’t often type for long sessions, so I haven’t been fatigued at all by these switches, even while typing this review. I have also never gotten fatigued while gaming, in fact these are easily my favorite switches for gaming. These switches are outrageously satisfying to use. If you type all day, these might fatigue your fingers. If you are a gamer, and you don’t type for extended sessions often, these may be worth your money.

This switches are friggin sweet!!! Its the perfect click. It doesn’t feel or sound cheap, its a bit thicker click than mx blues. I highly recommend!

    My current go-to clicky switch
Kailh is doing good work with their box switches. I initially imagined that the Box Jades would be my favorite, but I’ve used the Box Whites on a few ‘boards, and have really liked how they sound and feel. The current crop of MX style switches are far, far better than the switches of several years ago. These box switches, while quite affordable, are really solid. If you are looking for something to replace the light-ish blue switches of a few years ago, the Box Whites are just the thing. Better sound, smoother, more tactile.

Clicky, with a definite action point.
I learned to touch type on a manual typewriter in 1956. As a result, I have a heavy touch that tends to cause extra letters with today’s keyboards. The definite, clicky feel of these switches is just what I want. Others may think the keys are too noisy and insensitive. It is up to your personal preference.

Kailh box white switch is the perfect fast clicky switch for gaming
Great clicky switch with box stems for stability and rgb pass-through. I’m a fan of Kailh, especially over the main switch brands. Their pro switch is as stable as a switch as you can find and I wouldn’t use anything else on a tall cap like ASA profile. These are 3-pin which can be used on 3 and 5 pin pcb’s but you lose a little stability compared to 5-pin. They are on the loud side but that’s to be expected with a clicky switch. I feel like it covers up a little bit of ping but if you’re willing to lube them yourself, that can be fixed. Not the greatest switch I’ve used but really good. Light actuation, stable with a fast reset and strong enough for larger switches with slow stabs. A little bit of ping and needs some tuning but still a very good switch for a decent price that can be made perfect.

I wasn’t expecting to like these
I ordered a set of tactile switches for a new keyboard build, but after receiving all my other parts, I realized my switches wouldn’t arrive for over 4 weeks! Not wanting to wait that long, I searched for something that could ship quickly and decided to try something a bit more fun and different. I found these switches, which still have the strong tactile bump I was after, along with a satisfying clicky pop sound. They’re quite heavy, the sharp bump feels great, and I like the sound much more than I expected. I highly recommend these if you have a gaming PC in a separate room or man cave, or if you live alone. Definitely not suited for the office!

    Satisfying
I’ve gone down the switch black hole in the past and these are my favorite clickies. They have a thocky deep sound. The click bar provides double the click. They are very smooth even without lubricant. The only other switch I prefer over these are alpacas which is a completely different class.

    Good key switches…
I love having clicky switches. I love the old buckling spring keyboards. These clicky switches bring back that feel but require a bit less force to activate. My keyboard is now a joy to type on. My shifts, controls, Alts, Fn, and Win keys all use a basic linear red switch (I believe the default Outemu switches that came with my keyboard), my space bar uses a Kailh Red Bean Pudding linear switch (slightly easier to activate than a standard red switch, stronger return force than almost any regular switch of any kind). The Caps Lock, Num Lock, Scroll Lock, Insert key, and both Enter keys use Kailh Box Navy switches for extra clickiness and resistance against accidental keystrokes. All other keys on my keyboard use these Box Jades that make typing enjoyable. Even though these are said to be loud, compared to buckling springs, they are not that loud. They give almost the same feel (albeit with a lighter, shorter stroke) as a buckling spring keyboard and they do it with much less noise (still far from silent).

Was soll ich sagen. Qualitativ gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Keycaps sitzen sehr fest und wackeln nicht. Switches halten im PCB perfekt. Sehr trockenes, festes “Click”.

Kailh Box Jades on a Keychron K8 Pro (stock with supplied key caps).Initial Impression:- Superior click sound unlike those of Cherry Blues. The pitch is lower and more solid. Blues are much higher and sound like it’s rattling instead of clicking.- You feel the weight of the switches. There is a firm resistance to the presses that adds to an impression of a quality keyboard. I have yet to verify if it will cause finger fatigue when used through a work day.- Been using it for a couple of hours now and I haven’t encountered the reported issue of the spring unable to push the stem back to the reset position.Overall, I don’t regret giving these a try. Depending on how it goes over the next several weeks, I may get a better board to put them on.Update: Yes, it’s heavy enough that I can’t use it for the duration of a work day. I use it on weekends now since I don’t type as much then.

No extra rattling like in other clicky type switches. The factory lube is nice and no problems with any of the switches.
