    Great sound and beautiful design
I just received this speaker and I’m impressed with the sound quality compared to my previous speaker. Simple to set up, and the sound is rich and clear. I’ll add a caveat that I only tested it with streamed audio from my phone using Bluetooth, so there’s the usual compression that goes with that, but as an apples-to-apples comparison to my previous speaker, it’s night and day.I also want to call out the construction and design. This is a solid speaker, well designed and well built, and since I’m using it in our living room which includes several antique pieces, this mid-century look is just beautiful. I didn’t want the look of modern electronics in that room, and this fit the bill perfectly. Now my only decision is when do I buy more for other rooms. If you haven’t guessed, I recommend this speaker.

    It’s just pretty good
Honestly, it’s just “pretty good.” Bluetooth connects quickly from my iPhone, so it’s easy to use and pair. It looks great, understated and classy. Nice quality in the controls. About the size of a shoe box. The volume range is good. I don’t know why it doesn’t have any porting at all, and I think because of that it lacks a little bit of low end.I’ll be honest, I expected to be impressed by a brand like Klipsch, but nothing wows me about the sound. I have not directly compared it side by side with any of the Marshall’s but I imagine it has similar performance. It will beat anything “Beats Pill” sized and it should.

Rich, fabulous sound from a Bluetooth speaker system
Love the rich, full sound from this amazing small desktop speaker system. As an audiophile, I was skeptical at first, but it delivers. Works well with the app, where you can make bass, mid-range, and treble adjustments to suit your listening style. Highly recommended.

    Great Sound
We loved the big stereo sound we got out of such a small speaker. Unfortunately we had a fire and the speaÄ·er burned up. I will definitely be purchasing a replacement speaker.

Aux input does not work, clunky volume control, mediocre sound quality lacking any bass
The Klipsch speaker is too expensive for a device that has mediocre sound quality and a defective aux input that doesn’t work. It is not just my review that notes the lack of an aux input, now that I have done a deep dive through the Amazon reviews, I see that many other users also noted this inherent defect with the Klipsch aux input. Why does Klipsch continue to sell a product that it must know is inherently defective? Without a properly functioning aux input, the user is left to connect the device using Bluetooth, but the sound quality through Bluetooth is not that great – in fact, it is only marginally better than from my Echo device that I use to send music to the Klipsch speaker. Among other things, the Klipsch speaker completely lacks any discernable bass sound. And yes, in fairness to Klipsch, they do sell another speaker, at nearly twice the price, that supposedly improves on bass performance. But when you can buy a soundbar with a subwoofer for barely $100 these days, having to spend nearly $400 with tax for the Klipsch upgrade device that supposedly has improved bass performance would not seem to be a smart purchase, either. It would have been interesting to see if the sound quality would have improved using the aux input, but there is no way of knowing since the Klipsch aux input does not work, which is very disappointing. Finally, and while a lesser concern, I don’t understand what Klipsch was thinking with the audio control, it has a series of clicks and the user has to spin the dial a long time in order to adjust the volume. My 50-year-old Pioneer stereo receiver that one can buy on ebay for a nominal amount, and which has a traditional dial knob to adjust the volume, provides a far better user experience than the volume control on the Klipsch device. In short, this Klipsch speaker, with its non-functional aux input port, is a disappointing product, particularly at the high price point.

Broadcast Mode just doesn’t cut it
I bought a Three Plus for my bedroom and really liked it. Bluetooth connection is just as good as usb-c connection and with a cheap Bluetooth turntable from Audio Technica, records sounded great as well for what the system is.I don’t have a large house (1800 square feet)—master bedroom is on the ground floor. Short little hallway and then the kitchen and living room is right there.I bought two of the One’s—one for my kitchen and one for my living room.No matter where I placed them, no matter what way I tried to connect them—Broadcast mode always sounded awful, laggy, and would occasionally cut out. Even when I thought it would be dialed in, it would randomly start acting up again. They say the range is 30 feet, but that claim is dubious and even if that is accurate, that’s not nearly a big enough distance for wireless sound through an average house. Then what’s the point of Broadcast mode? They should have done Wi-Fi like Sonos.I returned both the One’s and I wouldn’t waste the money on them if the intended use was wireless sound throughout your home. The sound quality on the three is also superior than the one.
