Great value and flexibility with charging
Positives:- No preinstalled bloatware!- Bright display- Can be powered/charged by any 3A USB Charging wall-wart (no bulky, heavy AC adapter required) This also means that most cheapo USB cigarette light adapters should be able to charge it.- generous RAM and SSD size- lightweight- manual privacy screen for webcam- Windows Pro for improved security with bitlocker- I like that there is no branding on the computer so I don’t have to answer questions like “what the heck is UOWAMOU”Nits:- The keyboard isn’t my favorite. I would like something with a bit more mechanical action but this is a minor nit- I would also prefer a backlit keyboard – but hey, for the price I’m happy to forgo it- The numeric keypad is nice but it’s a bit too close to the main keyboard for my fat fingersOverall I am very pleased with the computer. I am using it with an HF radio for emergency field communications and so far it has worked well with no interference issues. I considered a more rugged computer for field ops but at this price, the extra bright screen for outdoor viewing and the flexibility for charging vis USB-C PD made this the better value choice.
