I’ve been wanting a LUMIX S9 full-frame camera for a long time, and now that I finally have one, I couldn’t be happier!!!This camera provides everything a creative needs to bring their vision to reality. The image quality is simply stunningâsharp, bright, and detailed. And the 20-60mm lens is incredibly versatile, suitable for both wide pictures and close-ups.One of my favorite features is the ease of use; the autofocus is smooth and quick, and the menu is really intuitive. Plus, the 6K video quality is incredible; I can take my stuff to the next level!The camera is a little heavy, but it feels strong and professional, as if it was designed to last. Best camera for content creators
The LUMIX S9’s image quality is simply stunning; photos are sharp and vibrant. I love the smooth, reliable autofocus â it’s a joy to use. The in-body image stabilization is a game-changer, especially for handheld shooting. Video is also fantastic, offering great detail and dynamic range. It’s a really comfortable camera to hold, even for extended shoots. Overall, a fantastic all-around performer.

Camera in a class of its own if you value portable
The footprint and capacity of this camera with the 18-40mm is basically one of a kind. There are some compromises, but for the right use case, nothing really compares to it.If youâre shooting professionally, I doubt you would even consider this camera. If you want a compact travel camera for family videos for those than can appreciate the difference between this and a cell phone camera.Following an update, you can drop record limits. I havenât been able to make this camera overheat in 4k30 for over an hour. YMMV and probably highly dependent on ambient temperatures.Internal mics are probably better than average for a full frame mirrorless, IBIS is solid, battery is also good. Cell phone integration with the MP4Lite format is solid.Tried many of the competitors, including A7c and ZV-E1. I consider the ZV-E1 an absolute joke. I actually missed some of my kidâs first steps because it overheated after 8 minutes on 4k60, also only 12mp sensor.Compared to the A7cii, this has no evf, slightly less dynamic range, no functional hot shoe, no headphone jack, 33 v 24mp, and worse battery life.For me, still like the image this camera puts out better, Iâd probably use a mic with an additional headphone output if I wanted to, and probably wouldnât carry/use any hot shoe accessories; kind of defeats the purpose of the portabilityI donât think any of the Sony lens options really come close to the LUMIX 18-40, especially for video. The hybrid zoom stretching that to 18-61mm, without appreciable degradation in the high setting, for video at least. The most equivalent Sony option would be the kit lens with the ZV-E1, the 28-60, which is a massive compromise.I can see a use case for the A7c ii28-60 v the S9 18-40, but itâs also a $800/2oz weight penalty.If the reason you carry a smaller mirrorless camera is for video, this really canât be beat.

my favorite things about theLUMIX S9 camera⦠ð·â¨â¨ the autofocus tracks really well and makes it super easy for creating video content⨠the flip-out touchscreen is convenient for being able to film front-facing clips⨠in addition to filming on my tripod, I enjoy shooting handheld sometimes for a more organic feel â this camera has built in stabilization so the clips still feel smooth even when shot without a tripod
