Is the Mag-Safer charger compatible with Android phones and can a phone case affect charging?
This charger is designed exclusively for iPhone 12 and later models that support magnetic wireless charging. Use Apple’s official magnetic phone cases and avoid using cases thicker than 2.5 mm and non-magnetic cases, as they may affect charging.
How long does it take to fully charge an iPhone 15 or iPhone 16 with this magnetic wireless charger?
It may take about 2 hours to charge from 15% to 100%. Please note that our magnetic charger supports up to 15W wireless charging and is not always in 15W charging state
What if my iPhone/Apple Watch/AirPods heat up during charging?
Your device(s) may warm up slightly during wireless charging, but should not get too hot. To prevent overheating, avoid using protective cases thicker than 2 mm and keep metal accessories, credit cards, or pop sockets away from the charger.
What if my Phone is not Charging?
1.Ensure your phone supports wireless charging.
2.Check that the case is not too thick and remove any metal or uneven objects.
3.Adjust the phone to the correct charging position.
4.Unplug and replug the charging adapter after a few seconds.

Perfect!
Works perfectly and as expected. Just as good as all of the expensive name brands. I love that it can be laid flat or can be lifted up to use as a clock view as well. Perfect find.

Great charger
I had a wireless charger that worked pretty good for a while then began to charge intermittently. Saw this charger that used magnets to hold the phone in place while charging. Same price that I’d paid for the previous charger. I order it and was able to get it the next day. It literally was a plug and play situation. I like you get a cable adapter with it. The Magnet is VERY strong and holds the phone firmly. You can easily pivot the phone from vertical to horizontal. I use two hands to remove the phone. It may seem like a hassle, but I’ll get use to it.

Easy to use
It’s made from high-quality material, and I like it. It does not include a charger plug; you have to purchase it separately. The magnet is very strong, allowing me to make video calls while charging my iPhone.

AMAZING!!
I love this product. I use it daily. I love the adapter that comes with it. One thing to note about this item, when you put your phone on the light is very bright and flashes a while before the light shuts off. My partner complains about the light when itâs dark.

3 months of use – no issues!
Cheap wireless chargers are always a hit or miss, but I ordered 2 and theyâre both hits! I use both for work and home office and are frequently used. I never need to worry about my phone dying!

Stopped working
The product was great for about 3 month, but will not charge a device anymore. I set my phone at 20% battery on the charger and it was actually dead by the morning. Stopped working all of a sudden and now too late to return. Don’t let it happen to you.
