I was looking for a multi-level organizer for my work desk. This organizer has everything I didnât know I needed and more. I love the different depth of the shelves and the dual standing file racks. I was unaware that it came with two attachable cups, I thought it was only one. I was able to keep a bunch of my bosses business cards in one.It was easy to assemble. The tool needed came with it along with east to follow directions.

TRAYS SLIDE VERY EASILY
I like the option to be able to lay papers, notebooks, and logbooks straight-in, and not need to lay them sideways/horizontal, like how I need to do with most desk organizers.This organizer has one drawer (at bottom) and four sliding trays that slide in and out VERY easily. The trays do not have âstopsâ on them, so you need to be a little careful.TIP: If you feel that you donât want or need the slide feature for the trays, and prefer to keep them stationary and in place, use a bread wire-tie to attach the sliding tray to the mesh on the back of the organizer. :)The width of the trays is 9â but the length of the four sliding trays varies. Starting at the top tray and going down, the lengths (depth) of the trays are: 5.0â; 7.5â; 10.0â; and 11.75â for the lowest tray.The trays are wide enough to hold a spiral notebook, but not wide enough to accommodate a large spiral planner. The various sized trays work well for accommodating legal pads, large paperbound planners, small spiral planners, to-do work-pads, memo note pads, pocket dictionary, page-a-day or easel calendars.

Wonderful way to organize desktop
I really needed to find something to organize my desk. This sure did the trick. I reviewed this before, but thought I would add a could of other items to make it easier for you. The directions have 2 sides to the page. The front side explains how to put it together, but is very confusing. I skipped that after several minutes and turned the sheet to the pictures on the back. I had it together in a mater of minutes. besides the shelves that slide in tracks, there are 2 tall spaces on one side of the unit that will hold files or small binders/books. I really liked those. Also, the shelves are stair stepped in depth. I found that very helpful as I do have smaller items and mail besides my standard papers that fit each shelf. You can also see the items on each shelf at a glance and don’t have to hunt for things. VERY USEFUL!! Below the shelves is a pull out drawer to keep small items that always get lost on my desk, like tacks, paper clips, rubber bands, scissors and even keys or bandages for those paper cuts. The other nice feature are the 2 half-round holders that clip over the edges on the outside of the unit that hold pen/pencils on one side for me and the other I put my markers/highlighters in. This is the best organizer I have use EVER! All metal, no plastic or cardboard. I am sure you will like it too.
