Picture freezes
I bought 2of the max IV pretty much from day 1 my TVs picture were ffreezing.I thought it was cable I canceled cable and problem still there. I had WiFi guy check it out and all is good I have good WiFi coming in.I hoping you may take notice of my review.I hope I’m not the only one who has problem I have had these 2 max IV to approximately 1to1and a half years..I am glad I bought them.I got to watch the chiefs and dolphins playoff game and my buddies couldnt.it doesn’t freeze all day long bot at will whenever it wants toThanks for the opportunity to have a sayMTJR

Good product!
Very easy to install. you get a lot of free TV channels and don’t really need cable anymore. You need around 100MB internet speed for good quality but it will work with lower speeds also.

Not ready for prime time. Promises a lot, but doesn’t deliver.
I purchased this at the insistence of a friend, who’d purchased a similar device years ago. My understanding was this was an evolution of what he had. While it promises free TV, it doesn’t deliver it very well. You can see a lot of networks available, but some just don’t stream very well at all. Some go down constantly. You can select another channel and it may or may not be working at that time.When I initially purchased the box, I was using Direct TV and paying out the end for it. My friend showed me his and it seemed to work flawlessly, but that isn’t the case for this one. My friend thought that it might be my internet speed, so I upgraded to a super high internet speed, fiber optic 1 Gig and nothing really changed.Not sure about what Roku or the others provide, but this one just doesn’t deliver. If you purchase Roku and you don’t like it, you lost about $70. If you purchased this, as I did, and you don’t like it, you’re out $300, like I am.
