Excellent Buy, but Watch out for Compatibility Issues with Some Tamron DSLR Lenses when using FTZ
For the most part, I’m very happy with my Nikon Z8, but it turns out that – even with the FTZ adapter attached – the Z8 won’t work with the Tamron 150-600mm F/5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 telephoto zoom. My Z8 keeps on throwing errors and turning off all viewfinders whenever I try to attach it to my favourite Tamron birding lens.

Nikon Quality
The Z8 is a pro grade Nikon camera. Coming off using a DSLR will require some study. I recommend using one of the many guide books out there. Amazon is a rated Nikon dealer and these cameras safely ship from Adorama.

Fast service
Prompt shipping, the only thing I donât like is the manual barely covers th functionality of the camera. There are manuals available for$25, if you are paying $4200 for the camera it should be included.

Love the quality and features
Upgraded to the Z8 from Z6 and very happy that I did. Outstanding quality and feature upgrades from Z6 that will allow me to be more creative and flexible.

Very nice follow on to Nikonâs D850
What an incredible camera. I started with the D70. Then, D200. Then the D500. Then the D800, followed by the D850. This camera is packed with features! The hit rate is incredible when getting shots of our dog! See attached. Much more to add . . .

Awesome ergonomics and features.
Iâm very pleased with the Z8. I waited quite a while to buy a mirrorless Nikon and Iâm glad I did. The ergonomics, weight and balance for me are the best ever. The battery life has improved and it doesnât get too hot. Although I havenât used it for video yet. Iâm primarily a still photographer. Too many features to mention but it packed. Highly recommend.

WOW
Replaces my Nikon D850. I love this Z8. The auto focus is unbelievable and love doing video so much better than the D850. If you buy this camera, you’ll never look back.

Amazing Camera
This is most capable and versatile camera that I’ve ever owned. The mount adapter works very well with Nikon lenses that aren’t Z series. I don’t have a Z series lens yet to make a comparison, but the adapter is working very well with the other lenses thus far.
