I bought this a couple months ago to replace an older Lenovo T16 and this laptop is clearly an upgrade. It has a sharper display. It boots up and turns off much faster. It is noticeably lighter and looks much better. I highly recommend.

Extremely Disappointed with Faulty Battery and Poor Product Quality
The battery fails to charge to 100% and drains rapidly, which is entirely unacceptable for a new product.Additionally, having to deal with warranty claims from outside the United States only adds to my frustration and disappointment.

Laptop performs as intended; it’s made of mostly plastic and thermal throttles often but that’s not uncommon for a Dell laptop in 2024. What makes matters worse is this laptop’s description is not accurate; seller is putting 500GB SSDs into the machines and selling them as 512GB.
