So Glad I Got This!
I’m sooo glad I purchased this. I create and sell books and initially I was printing the labels, cutting them out and taping them to the package. It was time-consuming and it caused me to use more paper and tape. Using the label maker is a tremendous help. It looks more professional and I can use it to print other items too. If you have to print labels, you need this.

Printer works well
I really like this printer. It took me a minute to figure out how to install it on my Mac, but once I figured it out it was so easy to use!

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!
I bought this for my small business. I used it once and it was perfect. Stopped working after that!! I contacted support, they had me take videos, pictures, and send me instructions to do some upgrade online. Did that to no avail. They shipped a replacement. Same issue – I did everything over againâ¦videos, pics, upgrade. NOTHING. They basically said sorry but youâre stuck with it and we arenât refunding you. Iâll be reaching out to Amazon. They shouldnât sell this product on their site especially with the AWFUL service.

Works fairly well
Setting up this label printer was a huge pain in the ass, there are very little instructions and I had to download “driver support one”. Driver support says it costs $10 when surprise surprise it costs $10 A MONTH. This driver is supposed to make the printing app “Label life” work. But it told me the product would stop working if I stopped paying. Eventually, my card expired so I waited to see if my printer would stop working and it did NOT. I recently got a new computer, just downloaded label life for free, and it prints fine. SO DO NOT download driver support. To set this up just download “label life” to your computer and plug the printer into the USB port on your computer. Otherwise the printer itself works great, some limits to how small or thin a printed line can be but gets the job done.

Works great, and great customer support!
I bought this label printer to replace an ink jet printer for mailing labels, and I couldn’t be happier. First of all, I had an issue with my shipment that was resolved so quickly and easily. Then it was easy to set up, taking maybe 5 minutes with the clear instructions were provided. It prints so quickly and there is no smudged ink or any other headaches I had with the ink jet. I’m so happy I switched to this printer and feel confident if there are any problems in the future that I can count on great customer support!

Came through as promised.
So my original review I had given it 3 stars because the printer ð¨ï¸ was not working as it should. It kept printing them not printing which was aggravating. I did everything correctly on my end yet I was still having problems. I was going to return it but of course I was 4 days past the cut off to return the product back to Amazon. My only hope was to directly contact the company which I did. The gentleman that I spoke to was very sympathetic to my situation and understand my concern. He sent an email to their tech department which in return got back to me the next day. They asked for a video of what it was doing. After reviewing it, they kindly sent me out a whole new printer at no cost. Iâm glad to say so far so good. Th printer is working. Thank you for going the distance to making things right and standing by your product. I would definitely purchase other products from this company. ððð»

I bought this printer for small business use and am really happy with it. It’s easy to set up and the printing quality is very good, results are clear and legible. No bluetooth connectivity, but that’s not a problem for me personally. It also looks very cute on my desk as a bonus 🙂

The printer itself is fantastic, delivering excellent print quality with clear labels. Setting it up was super easy, and its compact and lightweight design makes it perfect for on-the-go use. I highly recommend this printer for its superb performance, top-notch service, and price.

Idk if the printer was faulty or not compatible with my computer but I couldnât use it. Unfortunately I only required to use the printer after the eligible return period as it was a back up so I suggest if you do purchase it try it right away.
