Great Little Light
This is a great, lightweight light. I use it mainly in my home office, mounted next to my webcam for meetings, but Iâve started taking it with me on business trips to provide better lighting on the road. The small size makes it easy to throw the light in my laptop bag to take with me anywhere I go. Itâs also nice that you donât have to plug the light in anywhere, just charge it up and youâre good to go. It seems like the battery lasts around 10 hours. As far as the lighting goes, there are multiple power and light color options. I use the medium power option which is plenty bright for me. Even at the highest power setting the light is still soft and doesnât get harsh. Overall, this is exactly what I was looking for. It is a bright, soft light that is highly portable, and stays charged for a long time.

When it works, it functions as a great portable mini light. The clip attaches easily onto my phone. But after using it only a handful of times, the light won’t turn on. I was expecting more especially considering the price.

SUPER HANDY
I kept seeing the BIGSOFTI everywhere and finally decided to get one it to replace a cheap light that didnât last, and this ones so much better. I was really surprised how nice it is! Once I figured out the right charge cable, it worked perfectly. The light is soft and great for selfies and video calls. Super happy with it, definitely worth having around!

At first, I thought it wasnât charging, but then I realized I was using the wrong cable. Once I used the right USB-A to USB-C cable, it charges fine. Iâm really impressed with how bright it is, especially for something so small. Controls are easy to use and wish I had bought it earlier. Definitely worth it.

Great battery life
10hr Battery life was key for me. Also the soft light is great. The cheaper light I had previously was too harsh and battery would often go flat right in the middle of filming. This is a welcome upgrade.

Wow, but Whoa
So, let’s state the obvious: This is a fantastic idea for a product. And Bigsofti nailed the execution to a degree that’s almost perfect. This has 3 types of light to choose from (white, blue, and warm), each with 5 degrees of intensity (for 15 total lighting options). And there are only 2 buttons you’re tasked with using. Additionally, this is not bargain lighting. This is the real deal; just like what you get with ring-lights and soft boxes.I do see 2 potential negatives here though. The biggest con is the price. If you’re out there wondering why everyone’s not already running around with one of these instead of their ring-lights, it’s that $100 price tag. The 2nd (and most definitely potential) con is the clip attachment’s limiting factors. It could block part of your screen view, or ability to touch items near the top of your screen. It might damage, or not fit, your device, etc. Its bendable range is also very small (maybe 30 degrees in total).If you can afford this product, however, I suspect the clip woes aren’t going to pose much of an issue. And what you’ll be left with is a positively ingenious lighting solution which I completely recommend to those who need such things.

Cool design – love love!!
Wasn’t sure what to expect, but have seen this everywhere. Love the sleek design. Super bright for its size. Makes me look good too. Had to find right cable to get it charging but itâs a great little light.

Gives a lovely diffused light source and solved the problem I was having with badly lit zoom meetings at far less cost than upgrading the lighting in my study.

The amount of light you get from this tiny but mighty light is incredible. You can see the full effect when youâre sitting in a very dark space, but itâs also strong enough as a supporting light in brighter spaces too. I love using it when filming content when thereâs not enough natural light or itâs uneven in the room. The size is amazing to carry around and I think the carry case is also a must have. I wish they sold a suction backing for this like what you can get for your phone so you can stick it on a window or mirror etc cause that would be so handy.

This is my second purchase of a Big Softi. I am a makeup artist and having the Big Softi in my kit has been a game changer for dark hotel rooms or when the sun is setting early in winter. The light is strong and adjustable to different settings and strengths, and the size is compact and space saving. I absolutely would not be without these, it has made my job easier in every way.

I recently purchased this product with high hopes, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. At the price point, I was honestly shocked by the poor quality of this item. It felt like something you’d find in a cheap show bag.First and foremost, the most significant letdown was the lighting performance. When turned on, the light emitted had minimal effect on illuminating subjects. The output was weak, and the results were disappointing.Another major issue I encountered was the fit. It claims to have a universal clip for Pones, Tablets and Laptops. It is not suitable for an iPhone 14 it can only be clipped onto the side. This made it awkward to use and didn’t provide the flexibility and positioning options I was looking for.However, I must say that the charging cable and the packaging were the only redeeming qualities of this purchase. The cable was of decent quality, and the packaging was well-presented. But these positives couldn’t make up for the product’s overall shortcomings.In the end, I was so disappointed that I returned this item straight away. It simply did not meet my expectations in terms of quality, functionality, and compatibility. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a better smartphone lighting accessory that delivers on its promises.

This is the best portable light around! It’s super portable, gives a beautiful soft light (no harsh shadows) and the adjustable light temperature (cool, neutral and warm) and brightness (3 levels) make such a difference when taking photos or videos in different settings! I am a live event artist and often struggle to get good photos in dimly lit venues, but the BIGSOFTI has been an absolute game changer for me!! I’ve now also got the suction mount holder to use with it as well, cannot recommend this highly enough!
