Good little amplifier
This is a good little amp that has features as described. I had a couple of pairs of old bookshelf speakers and it drives them very well. The sound quality is better than my ears. It is easy to connect to bluetooth, the FM radio works well at least for local stations and the auxiliary inputs work fine.I would note that the claim for 100 watts is entirely bogus, as I expected. It uses a CD7377CZ chip for the amplifier which is speced at 7 watts x 4 channels (data sheet is available on the internet). There is absolutely no way you can claim 100 watts. You don’t need anywhere near that kind of power to have good sound. This is quite adequate for it’s intended use.Since I couldn’t measure the actual output power I measured the AC power input with a kill-o-watt meter and the amp idles long at about 7 watts input with no sound. I fed it with a constant tone to get maximum power and twisted the volume to max. It was very loud, very distorted (expected) and the maximum input power was under 50 watts–and of course output power is less.Bottom line is it’s a good little amp for it’s intended use. If you want to play background music through those ceiling speakers that the previous homeowner installed, or add a couple of patio speakers then this will work just fine. Want to play window shaking heavy metal? Go spend more money.

Small box, big sound
I have a little man cave and lots of records, 2 turntables and small book shelf speakers. I studied the amplifiers and was keen on remote control, good sound, headphone options and listening to my vinyls.Setting up the speakers was simple. Plugging a Turntable into the Phono jacks was simple. Listening to FM radio was a challenge until I turned the mode knob to CD and other inputs. This isnât the amplifier from college days. This is surprisingly compact with the sound and volume options easily adjusted with the remote. The value is excellent compared to other amps and memories of the 1960âs and 70âs.Addition. The turntableâs volume would not adjust manually or with remote. The Pyle customer support was useless. Voice prompts uniformly led to hang up. Amazon support took awhile and had me blasting Sgt Peppers in about 40 minutes.

Big Sound in a Small Package
The Amplifier works great. Sound quality excellent. Not all that powerful, but sufficient for my use.Bluetooth connected instantly. The Mode Display is Bright Red. Blue would have been a much better choice. After a couple of months, it started to make a scratching noise with no input, but still plays fine.

Great little amp for a fair price
As typical another quality audio piece of equipment from Pyle USA for a fair price! You guys are amazing. I found some older Pyle speakers (6X9 tri-axe in an enclosure) that we purchased for our son’s dorm room. He used the speakers for 2 years and then moved to an off campus home. The speakers went into storage. Best of all our son graduated and is doing great. I recently re-discovered the speakers and bought the PDA2929BU Stereo Amplifier to pair with these speakers for a quality audio system in the garage. IT IS! Sounds great and appear built to last. Right now just setup to test and it is wonderful. I thought it would be a perfect match and I was right. Very very nice. Can’t wait to mount speakers up a little bit (at ear level) and enjoy the system for many years. Yeah, Baby. I haven’t tried the bluetooth feature yet, but i am kinda an audio traditionalists. Using the SD card slot as that music stright from the artists CDs is best by far in my opinion. Many times downloaded music sound muffled and flat due to the multiple A to D, D to D and D to A conversions necessary. Besides I still have faith then artists created the album to listen in that order. Or at least I am used to that. I did a lot of sound engineering in high school and college and this system is at least decent if not top notch. I’m sure there are way better systems, but for $50 this amp ROCKS! Nice job again Pyle USA! Thanks

cheap. you get what you pay for
I was a bit disappointed at first, upon seeing the cheap plastic knobs, but the sound quality was pretty good, so I continued to go through the functions. I found them awkward to use, and somewhat limiting, since I saw that you couldn’t use the remote control’s volume feature to adjust the volume when in Phono mode. The remote also couldn’t switch the inputs. All this needed manual intervention. When turned on, it defaults to asking for Bluetooth, and to use my turntable I needed to skip that (manually) every time. You would think that they could default you to your last settings, but not for this price. I liked the price – but you get what you pay for. After a couple of minutes trying to figure out the above mentioned nuances, the unit died. No sound at all. I just returned it immediately. Nobody needs this grief. I’ll go ahead and order a grown-up receiver from a more mature manufacturer.

Worked great
This was not easy to figure out and the instructions werenât helpful, but it worked great once we finally figured it out.

This is a great little amp. I use it to power standard bookshelf speakers (4) in the garage from online music sites on the laptop. The sound is clear, sound quality is fine for my jazz and it is plenty loud enough. I cant hear any other unwanted noise when listening. When no music is coming through there is a subtle hum, but at this price point it is a reasonable compromise. The remote works ok, but i typically don’t use it. I turn it off and on with the button and adjust the volume with the knob. I’m old-school that way. The reception from the antennae isn’t great out here in the sticks, but it gets the stronger stations fine. Haven’t used the USB or BT functions yet. I might get another one for the cabaña / deck.
