Good value and easy to set up
I recently purchased this product to set up my own home studio and record vocals myself. Just today I was able to mount the shield on my mic stand and honestly it was easy to set up. I followed the instructions which thankfully come in the box, and it just took me 15 minutes to complete the set up. I am happy with the product quality and the money is worth to pay as it is affordable and convenient.

Nice Pocket-Sized Booth for a bedroom
I noticed my room was a little echo-y, so I thought something like this would be a good way to try and drown that out. Working like a charm so far, but itâs a little heavy for my cheap scissor arm, so I might have to get a different stand for it

Great For Reducing Unwanted Echo
I podcast in a room with all hard surfaces. This thing isolated my mic from all of the echo. The only extra thing I did was lay a towel down under the shield to keep any sound from bouncing off of my desk (I used on on my desk, not a stand).

Wonderful quality, compact size
This five panel isolation shield is of great quality for the price. It’s ability to fold up into a manageable travel size or for storage is a major bonus. Great work by Pyle here!

Sturdy
Seems like good quality, a little on the heavier side but still sturdy on mic stand

Great product and very easy to install. It seems very sturdy and doesn’t look out of place. It makes voice recording much crisper and clearer without so much background noise

This Pyle isolation shield is well built and lightweight. It fits beautifully on my microphone stand and looks very professional. I appreciate that it comes with adapters for both 5/8 and 3/8 fittings. I like how it folds down into a compact size to store when not in use. I like it!

This is a sturdy, easy to use, and effective iso shield. It’s been working really well for me so far, the only hiccup has been that I use a Shure MV7 and it doesn’t fit on the stock mount, so I had to make my own setup with a different mount.I like how modular this shield is as well. The hardware that comes with it is very sturdy and all the threads fit together well.
Bearston –
I use the shield to limit the rear lobe of my ribbon mics and it works well for that. There is enough movement available for the mic position to make a sonic difference re: closer to or farther from the foam on the mic mount. A subtle, but crucial difference indeed.

Good quality, seems sturdy. Only issue is that mine came with some of the foam looking a little messed up. It’s nice that you can adjust lots of the heights/distances, such as the bracket on the back, and it can fold up to encircle the mic almost entirely. It does a decent job of reducing the sound/echoes that it picks up too.
