Effortless Lighting Control
I found these remote control outlet and switches easy to use. It was simple to install because you just need to connect it into the outlet and attach the switches to the wall. There are no complicated wiring or apps required. Two switches are included with the set, which can be attached with screws or the adhesive strips that are provided. I chose the sticky strips just because I did not want to damage my wall. The device functions exactly like a conventional switch without redoing wiring behind the drywall. It seemed like the distance was not an issue because I was able to operate a lamp from across the house. The switch design is a little different because pressing the up or down button toggles the outlet. Unfortunately the receiver device will most likely obstruct the other outlet because of its round shape. I prefer them to be rectangle so that I can still utilize the other outlet. Ultimately, I still find that this simplifies my daily routine without having to walk physically over to my lamp to turn it on manually. I used to have trouble walking across the room in the dark to find the lamp but now I can turn it on when I enter the room.

You can move pretty far and it still work! Works fast it doesnât at all take a minute to think on or off. Just does what you press! Such an easy set up, just plug it into the wall and whatever item you want the switch for into that!

I was in the process of hanging half a dozen 4′ LED lights in the basement. These are perfect. I don’t have to run wires or add a switch or outlet. They work great and allowed me to spread out the lights as much as I needed.
