Wonderfully simple console!
Love the console! Mixed reviews made me nervous about the OS or gameplay but I have had no problems. The OS runs smoothly. Supports most game formats. I was able to easily add more games to the SD card. Graphics are crisp and battery is good. Doesn’t feel cheaply made. Comfortable to hold and love the screen size.

Great for older games
This is a fun little console, with surprisingly good colors and nice feeling buttons/joysticks. I was definitely impressed by the quality of the hardware itself. It comes loaded with a bunch of games, and most work perfectly but some won’t load correctly, which is kind of to be expected. It’s pretty easy to download games and add them onto the console’s SD card, though it’s hit or miss how well they’ll play, or if they’ll work at all (more due to the game files than the console itself). I was able to add some N64 games and play without issue, though NDS had some problems since there should be 2 screens, not one. I also had some issues with saving progress, it was pretty hit or miss which is unfortunate. The console itself has a ‘save state’ feature, but when I used it it failed to load that save later on. I had more progress saving within games directly, but usually this can only be at certain checkpoints etc., and if the game crashes before then you lose all your progress (which happened a couple times). It’s definitely not as good as playing on the actual console would be, but it’s still more fun than on a phone, so as long as you’re okay losing your progress sometimes I think it’s a good buy.

Broken out of the box
Looks like it’s probably a great product but I really couldn’t play because the D pad down button completely doesn’t work. I am returning it.I will try again and maybe increase the score. The price seems good for what it is and everything else looked and felt right.

Excellent build quality. Love this version!
Bought as a fan of retro gaming. Wanted a portable console that I could also use as a tv gaming console too. Came with a few thousand games preloaded, but adding your own roms is extremely simple. I upgraded SD cards to Sandisk extreme. Love that it has Bluetooth and WiFi built in, and hdmi out. Will need to use for the remainder of the year to know how it holds up but so far I am getting these for friends and family as birthday gifts. Love it!

Awesome handheld retro console
This handheld is awesome for playing retro games.I’ve had another variation of this for a while and upgraded to the bigger screen and i love it.I also bought one for a friend as a present, and they loved it as well.I’m able to play my old school games from my youth and have them all on one device which is great!It has played every game i loaded up on it so far.I dont have any negatives for it because it does what it says it does.Would recommend!

Lots of pre-loaded old games to take you down memory lane
I’m still looking through at all the pre-loaded games. So many to choose from.The controller takes a little getting used to, and with each different game the buttons don’t always align (B is a A, and A is B), but it’s kind of fun figuring it out. I’ve only been playing the pre-loaded games, so can’t speak for BT pairing, and I have not tried downloading any games, nor have I tried using my own SD card. I bought this strictly for the pre-loaded games, so I can play games when there’s no internet connection, or if I’m tired swiping at my phone.The controller is easy to use, very responsive, and not difficult to figure out.Lots of options, and really went down memory lane with some of these older games. Love it.

I dislike that it is so difficult to delete games that are not suitable for children under 12 as well as the extensive process of downloading new games. Will be sending this back.
