So quiet!
I’m obsessed with mechanical keyboards but the noise can be bothersome for other people in the house as I work from home. I’m amazed at how much quieter this keyboard is than my last one. I love the colors on it as well and the fact that you have the option to turn the lights on and off if you’d like. This is perfect for any home office or gamer.

Decent at first but USB connection broken after less than 5 months
This keyboard worked well, and I like the separation of keys. Makes it easier for me to find the keys (I’m not a touch typist!). Enjoyed the lights although this was not a big deal. HOWEVER, after less than 5 months, the USB connection to the computer doesn’t seem to fit well. The keyboard, cable, and USB have not been abused — barely even moved in that time — but for a couple of weeks now I’ll hear the little “ding” where MS is telling me that it’s disconnected then reconnected — without me moving the wire. I changed the USB input but the problem continues. Will nurse this as long as I can, but will not order a new one.

Stopped working soon after plugging it in.
I plugged the keyboard in, it worked for ten minutes, and then it just stops. and then an error message appeared saying”USB device not recognized.” i then went on an adventure watching about two different videos with different fixes for this error message, but after about 30 minutes of fixes and troubleshooting, it still just says usb device not recognized. i will not be asking for a refund because thats too much of a hassle, if anyone knows how to solve this issue, please reach out to me on discord: trendy_burritoo.

I would give it five stars but….
The volume up/volume down and mute keys require simultaneous press of the function key. And there’s no function block.Very annoying. I listen to music through the computer all day while I work have a constant need to adjust the volume or mute it. The function key was not required to do so on any of my prior keyboards. But the keyboard is otherwise great. I love the big gaps in between the keys…helps prevents typos.
