I’ve been using robot vacuums for many years, but this is my first time trying Roborock. My wife and I decided to switch from iRobot to Roborock for a couple of reasons: 1) we’ve heard great things about its intelligence and build quality in the past; 2) we needed a robot vacuum that can mop and self-clean. While the price was higher, we decided to give it a try and ended up buying two different models—one for each floor of our home. Here are the things which this S8 MaxV Ultra has impressed me so far:1. App Setup: The app is very well-designed and easy to use. Setting up the vacuum was a breeze, and I can easily share the devices with my wife, so she has access to all the same information.2. Mapping: I recommend letting the vacuum perform a quick mapping first rather than starting with a full cleaning. The map it creates is very smart and accurate. I can even set “no-go” zones for areas I don’t want it to clean, which works perfectly.3. Self-Cleaning Mop: The vacuum automatically wets, cleans, and dries the mop. All I need to do is refill the clean water, add detergent if needed, and empty the dirty water. It saves me a lot of time.4. Cleaning Track in the App: The app shows the cleaning path and time, giving me a good overview of how the job is progressing and helping me plan for next time.5. Remote Control: I can control the vacuum remotely, which is great because cleaning normally takes over an hour. I prefer letting it work while I’m away, rather than having it run around when I’m home.6. Suction Power: I haven’t used the highest suction setting, as my floors are wood and tile, and medium power is sufficient. As I mentioned, mopping is my main priority.So far, I’m really impressed with this product and love how it’s making my cleaning routine easier.

I’ve had this vacuum for 1 month and very happy of the purchase.The robot was about the easily map my house and get to work quickly. The experience was seamless. The iPhone app is well done which is a super important part of the product. It allows you to do everything you might think a vacuum robot should do and more, like the ability to remote control the robot. Actually can be handy for a variety of reasons including when the robot is stuck and you are away. The only thing I would like to see improved with the app is the ability to change of cleaning plan while the robot has already started, small detail.The robot is packed with features including auto detection of objects on the ground to avoid, and will automatically avoid area where it knows it can get stuck (like cords spots). It also detects furnitures. You can adjust how close the robot with vacuum next to baseboards and furniture in case you want to make sure nothing gets damaged.Most of the time the vacuum work is spotless. I am no expert of vacuum performance but both the suction and mopping features work well. The use water is also super dirty so you can see it’s doing its job.It’s also able to go up gentle slopes and very small steps (floor gaps). Which was a requirement for me as my house has a bunch of add-ons that are not leveled.There is really nothing to dislike about this vacuum, well done.

I’m so glad I did my research before purchasing a robot vacuum. I’ve had Rocky for 3 weeks now, and am totally blown away by the power of this machine. The app has every feature you’d ever want too. The mop actually cleans the floor really well. It’s pricey, but worth every cent!

This Roborock does the job and has so many advanced features, however it only works well on max vacuum and mop settings but works nonetheless. 5/5 stars for the productThe seller on the other hand gets a 1/5 star from me. I ordered a new product and they gave me a used one that they didn’t bother to clean before re-selling. The history data inside the robot still has the map and cleaning data of the previous owner aswell as the dock is full of dust and garbage from the pervious owner. Had to clean it and maintain it myself.Overall, I recommend you buy this product but try to find a different seller.

بعد الحصول علي مراجعات جيدة للمنتج علي المواقع الاجنبية قررت اشتريهالمنتج لم يعمل اكثر من ٣ اسابيع و خربت القاعدة حقته و لم تعد تعمل و بالتالي الروبوت فصل شحنه و اصبح المنتج بلا فايدةهذا كان بعدتجربة افضل حالا مع s7 max ultra الذي عمل معنا لمدة،٧ اشهر و بعدها قرر الروبوت عدم العمل نتيجة انه يعتقد ان هناك شي محشور في عجلاته.خدمة عملائهم فقط موجودة عن طريق البريد الالكتروني !بالمرتين خدمة العملاء كانت بلا فايدة حيث المرة الاولي اعطونا بعض الخطوات نجربها و لم تنجح و بعدها قالوا لي ارجع للبائع ! من حسن الحظ انا امازون تفهموا و قبلوا الارجاع للمنتجاتلن اشتري منتجات روبوروك مرة اخري ابدا
