!!!!DO NOT BUY NOW!!!i just got the controller a few days ago and when it works as it should best controller ever used so far on pc. i usually use xbox 2 elites but they always break so within in the year. when i moved from xbox to pc it always felt sluggish to. when got the scruf envison pro thought all my problesm would be solved. when it works like it should for sure going to be great the response time is unreal. but the first issue i have been having is i can not update the firmware. tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling. i read on reddit that alot of people have been having the same issue. so my next issues i wonder could be solved by the update i am unable to get. when i am in the middle of playing the triggers or thumb stick will stop working. i have to bring up the program and then reset the response and will work for awhile. also everything i open the program it says i have conflicts and things saved. next issue is that in middle of playing a game the control will just go haywire and do all sorts of crazy things. i am playing with it wired,. so once i unplug and replug it back it works again for awhile. so when it works great and not super bad for the amount of money i wouldn’t buy until they are fix the issues.Update 2-5-24 I sent an email about the problems and heard back a day later saying they were having a ton of tickets and would get back with me. Never heard anything yet. Today it started up and stop working while playing games. Added to the email to let them know still no word and possible fix. Give them another day to reply. I don’t mind if they tell me a way to fix it or return it, but would like to know. From what I have been ready there are a tons of problems with them lately. At this time I would not buy until they are addressed and fix. Once it works right think it will be my favorite controller of all time…update2 2/10/24 got another one from amazon and sadly it doing the same thing only wasn’t as bad. but now today the bottom bumpers have stopped working completely now. tried several things to fix it that read online from everyone else having troubles. still have not heard back from envsion on any type of fixes, did send email yesterday saying how important i am to them for waiting but they have a long list. I will giving them a couple more days then go ahead and return for my money back. could be a good controller. so in the end do not buy right now it is a waste of money!!!

I am a casual gamer.1. Buttons are very durable, great click, no accidental presses. “Breaks like glass”2. No stick drift, very easy to switch sticks.3. the iCUE software works flawlessly, no glitches. Works perfectly with Modern Warfare, Black Ops, Call of Duty etc.4. Bought one for my gaming buddy for his birthday – he has only had positive experiences.5. Great battery life. I play every day and charge once every 2 weeks.

Nice but with major flaws
The controller is over all nice the short travel for the left and right triggers is very nice also the mouse click buttons the joysticks are very sensitive and very accurate now for the bad it took me an hour to get this thing to even be noticed in ICue I had to uninstall and reinstall several times for it to finally work I have other products that use I cue including fans keyboard and more no problem with those at all after it was recognized by the software it said there was an update I updated the controller but ever time I plugged it in it kept stating it needed to be updated even though it did not need to be the back paddles are in an odd position I would much rather have back paddles similar to the edge or Xbox elite controller as I have bigger hands and there very hard to use and once I got it working I tried to remap the back paddles multiple times and every time I tried it failed in every single game I tried it in and would keep the default settings I tried resetting it every thing I could think of nothing worked needless to say I returned it the same day I purchased it I spent over six hours trying to get thing to work

I love this controller but it did take a bit to get use to the PS controller set up. I like the Corsair software for setting it up and also wish you could set up key board keys to more controllers like this one and also love how it doesnt have a whole bunch of unneeded stuff on the controller. It really gives you more bang for your buck

Easily the best controller I’ve ever used, surprisingly I haven’t seen people mention how nice this is for people with larger hands in other reviews.

Dopo aver provato quasi tutti i controller sul mercato devo dire di aver trovato quello perfetto.Personalmente non ho avuto nessun problema con il software iCue e devo dire che funziona veramente bene.Il controller ergonomicamente è perfetto e molto customizzabile.
