Great product, even better company.
I was gifted a set of Senso Bluetooth headphones years ago, and used them pretty much every day since then. This included during workouts in which they were jostled about and sweat on profusely, and not really maintained in any way.Eventually they started to show wear, and I purchased another set just so I’d be prepared when they finally gave up the ghost. Unfortunately there was a failure upon the first charging of that new set (which could’ve been my fault, even though I had the plug turned in the correct orientation).I contacted the company via the phone # in the user manual, anticipating the usual corporate run-around. Instead, I got to speak with a human on that first attempt, sent them the minimal information their warranty department required, and got an immediate written response letting me know that a replacement set was en route. Sure enough, just a few days later, the new set arrived, and is providing me with listening enjoyment as I compose this review.I deal with many different companies in my daily life, and probably like most of you, I find it an increasingly frustrating experience that rarely leads to total satisfaction.Therefore, I make sure to highlight those few remaining companies that actually stand behind their products and still offer excellent, personalized customer service. Senso is one of those companies. My experience with them is akin to those usually found only among luxury brands, yet this product is extremely reasonably priced, offers a quality experience, and is backed by a company that still believes in customer service.I wholeheartedly recommend this product, and would buy with confidence any other product sold by Senso.

Good product that offers a comfortable fit with good sound. Iâve purchased this product four times over the years and have come to appreciate the quality and reliability of these ear buds.Four times, you ask?! I thought you said they were reliable? The first two pairs met an untimely end. I lost one pair and stepped on the second pair. The third pair was a bit disappointing in that it stopped functioning properly after 8 months and became unusable. Because of my past experience I decided to buy a new pair. Hopefully this pair will last longer than 8 monthsâ¦

Broke after a couple of uses
The item has an okay sound but does not have a high volume. I struggled to fit the smallest rubber pieces in the ear. The worst was that the push button to pair or to answer phone calls got stock in the headset after a couple of uses. Therefore, the headphones became unusable. I contacted the manufacturer via an Amazon link but have not received a response. I will have to trash them.

For being so inexpensive, I use these almost daily for work conversations with no complaints from callers since June 2020. I have used these 10 hours many days and listening to music also. I would recommend these over more expensive ear buds.

Great earphones!
I purchased a pair of these about a year ago and used it consistently for working out. They do have the wire but it generally does not bother me at all. It has one main function button on the right side as well as a + and – button for volume. The battery life is good, I’ve never run out of battery in the middle of a workout and I do not always put it to charge every time I’m finished. Recently I moved and in the mist of the chaos, I misplaced them. On a whim, I ordered a different pair, one that is completely wireless and I hated them so I returned them and reordered these. In comparison, these are so much better in terms of fit, sound volume, and easy of use. I would definitely recommend these.

Cost Effective Workout Headphones that Work
This is my partner’s second pair – he prefers the extra security of the over-the-ear hooks and the connecting cord on these headphones. They stay in place and can be slung around the neck if he needs to talk/listen mid-workout without fear of one piece going flying off somewhere.He uses them to listen to a wide range of things – music, podcasts, and audiobooks mainly. Connecting them to his phone was super easy and the controls are intuitive.These definitely do the job for his workouts to keep him entertained while sweating away. The price point is perfect – we’re not looking for a bunch of bells and whistles. Just something that works, and works well!
