How can I use this magnetic whiteboard paint?
It’s easy. Use your magnetic dry erase surface in exactly the same way as you would use a dry erase or magnetic surface. Write-on, wipe-off with any good quality dry erase markers and use neodymium or rare earth magnets like those found here.
Can I paint Smart Dry Erase Paint Clear on top of digital prints or wallcoverings?
Yes. We recommend avoiding very thick or deep layers as this may affect magnetic strength.
Can I paint Smart Dry Erase Paint Clear on top of normal paint?
Yes. Paint directly on top of any gloss paint. If applying on top of a matt paint, seal the surface first with Smart Clear Primer.
Can I use any color paint on top of the magnetic paint?

Do these products affect WIFI or pacemakers?
No, as the surface is not magnetic. It is a magnetic receptor.

Simply apply 3 coats of Magnetic Paint, 3 coats color of your choice (not included in the kit). Then you can apply the whiteboard paint. Once the dry erase paint has been applied you must wait 4 days before using the surface.

Nick –
Very difficult to apply and doesn’t cover 65 sq ft.
The magnetic base is dark black, so you must apply a double coating of the whiteboard paint or it goes all grey. With that, the paint will not cover 65 sq ft as advertised. The magnetic base is quite weak and its composition leaves the magnetic surface patchy.
