Well worth it
We had some new upper cabinets installed, and wanted some under-cab lighting to match our others. After some research, I got these. no regrets whatsoever. They were neatly packaged, and while the instructions are a bit of clumsily translated Chinese, the iOS application (Smartlife) worked flawlessly in connecting to and controlling these lights. Within 15 minutes I had them powered up, connected to my phone, and integrated with Google Home. The command, “Hey Google, turn on my dining cabinets” now lights up the space, and I can ask, “Hey Google, make the dining cabinets warmer” and it’ll soften the lights. I set them up on a schedule in Google Home, and it’s all magic. Hardware and mounting pieces are capable and sturdy. My only wish for improvement is that the control switch and primary power cable could be shortened (a lot of wire to tuck away).

Senior Citizens: takes a little work
The degree of difficulty will depend on your decisions. We decided to connect these together with the female to female adapters and not the cords as the area didn’t require the longer lengths. Our cabinets are compressed wood so generally the two-sided tape does not work well and we opted to using screws and brackets. Thankfully, perfection is not required but try to keep them in a line as much as possible. Just a quick note, the on off switch is just that and can be used in lieu of connection to Smart app. The other item with a power button and two other buttons is for pairing the lights. If you select the power button and select the other buttons then the lights will start flashing so just turn that switch off. We now have ours connected to Alexa which accepts command for changing tone and brightness of the lights. BTW, they include plenty of everything so not to worry about a lost screw or two. I’d say it took me, with some assistance from hubby, about an hour from start to finish. Don’t let their very detailed instructions intimidate you!

Happily Works but be careful
I purchased these lights for over the sink and shelf lighting. Right out of the box you know that these things are fragile, specifically the connectors. I broke one of the male ends within a few minutes. This gave me the indication that I needed to be super careful during the tedious installation. Once I had everything installed, setting the lights up through the app was actually not too bad if youâre familiar with the smart homes app. The biggest tip is included in the instructions: ensure that you are connected to a 2.5 G Wi-Fi network. My home network also has 5G, so that tripped me up at first. After switching my phone wifi over to the 2.5 G, connectivity for the lights was a snap. Then I switch to the Google Home app to connect the smart device. I can now operate the lights using the app on my phone or through voice command with my Google mini. You can program the lights on a schedule and adjust the dimness & color using the app. Pretty slick! I just hope that they last.

LED Smart Under Cabinet Lights Work with Alexa,Siri, Echo,I purchased these lights about two months ago.I wanted something that was: * brightness adjustable * color adjustable * compatible with AlexaThis light set met all my needs, and two months later I remain very happy. I have them placed under my kitchen cabinets and they are set up to “turn on” in the morning at 25% strength. Everything works well.I was pleasantly surprised they also paired to my ADT security system. This “just happened” during setup – no conscious activity on my part.One note – there were either no instructions for use (three-buttons on the power cord are almost intuitive) or I lost the instructions……

Only 4 lights are bright
I was anxious to receive these under cabinet lights. The reviews seemed good. Upon receiving and unboxing, everything seemed to look good. The quality of the lights looked good, and the seller provided enough of everything. The problem I had, was that the last 2 lights are dimmer then the first 4. I tried switching the lights that were at the end and put them at the beginning, and again last two lights, which were at the beginning and now at the end were dim. I concluded that the system worked great until I got beyond 10 feet. My run is about 13 feet. Should i have purchased another kit and only put 3 lights on each? I don’t know? Other than the above issue, theses lights are good, and the App works extremely good. I would give this product 5 stars if I was only using 4 lights. So now I’m left with the question, do I buy a power source for the last lights and put 3 on each.

Update after power outage. So Nice!
Update: how power outage/surge had to reset Sengled light bulbs and these. Spent hours trying to get the under counter lights to connect to Wifi. Finally tried Add Manually by Wi-fi mode. It connected to the hotspot it provides but then showed no internet connection. That’s when I previously quit. This time I just waited after getting the No Internet connection and it connected. Guess it briefly connects to the hotspot. Finally, working again. I still love these lights and hated to lose them. Original post: .Love these lights and the Alexa compatibility. They are really just perfect. Hope they last a long time. They were a bit challenging to sync to Alexa……when the lights themselves, not the red light, are flashing you’ve got it made to sync. I learned to reset by turning off sync module then unplugging. reverse to discover device.
