AMAZING COLOR AND FEATURES!
So, I just mounted this 65â tv yesterday. I got through the instructions fairly easy and finally got my sound bar to work. The colors and clarity of this TV is great! I had a Sony 4K ultra HD before this TV and both had good pictures, but this TV is clear, crisp and the colors are amazing. So happy with it. I would gladly recommend this TV!

For something you look at everyday, this OLED screen is easy on the eyes. Worth every penny. The Google TV homepage helps make sense of the scattered streaming sub world we find ourselves in today. Great picture quality.

TV that came with the house died, I looked at a bunch of TVs with OLED tech. Sony is the best. Sports are great. Action crisp. Definition is very beautiful. Great Deal from AMAZON!

Terrific TV but terrible delivery method
Amazon delivered the tv via guys in a small rent-a-truck. When they opened the truck’s back door there were tv boxes laying flat, some leaning 45 degrees against the boxes laying flat on the floor and none of the boxes were secured to the truck in any way to prevent movement so highly likely they were just freely sliding around and falling over as the truck drove around town. After they left, the tv started up with a green vertical line onscreen then would shut off and flash an led error code. Called Sony support and they sent another tv a few weeks later with no hassles via professional movers that secured the tv properly in their truck and new tv works great and picture/sound is stunning.

Defective Out Of The Box
I was unable to set up the TV, as it would not go any further than the welcome page. Called Sony Tech Support on 9/8/24. The rep did not have me try anything on the TV itself, just the remote and attributed my issue with the remote. He ordered another one and I received it today, 9/11/24. Same problem. Called Sony again and it was immediately escalated to a tech supervisor. He had me go through multiple steps on the remote as well as the TV. He also did some further investigation regarding the remote and found no issues that would cause the problem, after which he determined that it was a defect in the TV. He then told me he could order the part to correct the issue, which would indicate that this problem was found in Sony’s system. How else would he know which part to order? I’m not having a repairman tear the brand new TV apart to fix the problem. Will be returning the TV. I will say that Sony’s customer service seems to be good, and have read many reviews about other TV manufacturers’ being terrible. Still not going to re-order a Sony.

Amazing TV. Setup and operation are easy if you read directions.
This a wonderful TV. Assembly and setup is quite easy, but you will need two people to carry this TV safely. Be sure to use highspeed (8 K) HDMI cables for best performance. The TV will work well on its own with a WiFi connection, but I added a Bose soundbar and a Sony Blu-ray player and an external antenna.Initially, I was frustrated with the TV because it would turn off every 20 minutes or so. I Googled “Bravia 8 shuts down” and came up with lots of answers. I finally found that Sony have a very good page dealing with this problem – all I had to do was change a setting on my soundbar.I was disappointed that Amazon left the TV at my door without even knocking on the door. I thought they would offer to help me carry it inside. But everything is fine now and I am thrilled with this TV.
