READ THIS, MUST DO! Fix settings Before you complain/ return
Do this first and you will be blown away by how detailed and clean the sound is in these earbuds for the price. It doesn’t matter how much you spend on whatever brand, if you don’t fix your phone settings your getting bad sound. Before you do anything at all, when you open the box do this first because they’re already charged and if you open them just to look, you can mess it up. Essential Quick set up, FOLLOW THIS ORDER: 1. Proper pairing= no connect issues: Open case so earbuds turn on. Wait about 10 seconds then close case so they turn off. Open case again and now u can take them out and pair to phone. If you’re not used to this they feel like they’ll fall of but you will be surprised they don’t fall off. They will have low volume and sound like trash so now set it up in this exact order: 1st unlock developer options (Google how if needed) 2. with earbuds turned on. Out of the case, Go into developer options and do this, Disable Absolute Volume, turn on ‘Show LE Toggle Option’ turn on ‘HD Audio’ and turn on ‘Enable LHDC 3DAR’ leave everything else as is for now. codec should already be ‘Qualcomm aptx’ 3. Now from phone quick settings go into ‘Bluetooth device details’ (press and hold Bluetooth, hit gear âï¸ to go into device details setting) turn off media audio and phone call, then hit back, switch off Bluetooth on phone, wait about 5 seconds and turn it back on. 4. Go back into Bluetooth device setting and turn ‘media’ and ‘phone call’ back on. (makes phone volume and earbuds volume separate otherwise volume will be low) 5. Go back into developer options to check that disable absolute volume and LHDC 3DAR’ is still switched on. *Also If you have Dolby Atmos set it to spatial audio. That’s it for proper set up now you’re ready to tune to your liking but you absolutely need the App for best sound. Just Download PeatsSound app, (NOT soundpeats, that’s the old one) register to app, it’s easy enough, you hit pair after picking the earbuds but you’re already paired so give it a sec. I think I had to wait a few seconds. get out of app then go back in. Now you can play with EQ settings and customize however you like! Adaptive EQ sucks so I made separate EQ for each type of music I listen to. For best results take your time. Go somewhere quiet, turn off Adaptive Noise Canceling and start with soundpeats classic EQ so you have a good starting point then click custom and notice the flat difference. If you don’t know EQs just play with one EQ bar at a time. Raise it up high, notice the effect then drop it low and notice the difference. Do one at a time so I learn how each one affects the sound. Leave the same song on repeat and make sure music is set tonhighest quality possible so you get the best sound possible. Have fun! I wish someone broke this down for me because I almost returned them lol. âï¸ð§ð¤

SoundPEATS good as always. Great sound, easy connect, good battery life. These are my 3rd buds, starting from Air2, Air 4 lite and now 5.Not 5 stars just because Air 4 lite slightly better fit my ears.

Excellent Value
After my Air3 didn’t survive an accidental wash and dry cycle, I replaced with the Air5. Overall, I believe the Air5 is an excellent value. SoundPEATS has added configuration flexibility for Air5 which I’m not sure is good or bad as it took some time to optimize the sound using the various ear canal options and equalizer settings. The net is that I believe the sound is similar to the Air3 which is exceptional for a semi-in-ear style earbud and comparable to similar style Apple earbuds IMO. (Note: i settled on ear canal 4 and the equilizer options shown in the image.) As for ANC, if you keep your expectations low, you will likely be happy. It definitely makes a difference, but doesn’t completely eliminate external noise. I like to use it at the gym to partially neutralize the songs played over their speaker system. I’d guestimate that it cuts the noise by a third to half.

Good sound but difficult to keep in ear
I thought the ear buds were classy and had great sound but contrary to other reviews I ready they were too bulky and did not easily stay in my ear. I now use them only when I plan on not moving around. I used them on a long flight and they did little to dampen/cancel noise making it difficult to watch movies from my iPad but worked great in the hotel. The containers looks great and they seem to hold the charge well.

Exceptional for the price
First off value for money is here. These are the best sounding wirelless earbuds for the price IMO. The fit is pretty comfy overall, gestures and touch work well. Calls are crystal clear and crisp. The ANC features are just the cherry on top. Would recommend to any non iphone user over alternatives and would recommend to anyone not wanting airpods for price or lack of love for apple. Will purchase the 6’s if hey are better

These earbuds offer a ton of useful features at a price point that you can’t beat. The sound quality is on par with much more expensive brands, and the semi-in-ear style is great if you have them in for long periods.

Average earbuds
I got the SoundPEATS Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds with the item description that seemed to have lots of mics for noise canceling. The earbuds arrive with beautiful packaging and the case itself is beautiful. I didn’t have any issues pairing and was pretty simple and fast. I did have to read the instruction manual to figure out the function of the unit. I would have appreciated it if the instructions had bigger fonts and pictures. The functions are a little complicated and hopefully, I don’t lose the manual because volume up is on the right bud and down is on the left. There are taps and holds for different functions which it got a little confusing. Once it’s on, the sound is decent and the active noise cancelling is ok. The noise canceling isn’t better than a full earmuff headphone or in-ear plug headphone. It does remove some of the consistent background white noise. The thing I didn’t like about this headphone is the touch feature. These earbuds don’t fit securely into the ear, most often, they are loose. Part of the problem there is due to facial muscle movement that can cause the earbuds to loosen. More than once, I was on a phone call that required me to readjust and stick them in my ear. When I do that, I have to grab the small earbuds. Since all the functions are by touch, I ended up hanging up a phone call. The problem is that the earbuds need either fit securely in the ear or the control function needs to change. It was good that my phone call wasn’t important but it was an important call, it would be a lot of issues. Either way, I’m still trying to figure out how to wear this headphones.
