Best headset I have ever owned
I bought this to replace a Asus Rog Delta S headset that was “ok” and way over priced in my opinion. Armoury Crate and the hardware to improve the headset was meh imo. The SteelSeries Arctis Pro is hands down the best headset I have ever used and I’ve used quite a few because my son is a kid and generally destroys most of the headsets within a year. That’s just kids. This Arctis has been perfect. The GameDac along with the sonar software available to download from the SS website is amazing. I hear things in games that I had never heard with other headsets, especially the 250 dollar ROG headset I was coming from. Getting this from Amazon Renewed was icing on the cake too – 130 dollars was a no brainer. Get this headset

Good Sound Quality, BUT BREAKS EASILY
I like it, quality sounds nice, first pair of headphones that introduced me to hi-res audio. First pair was given to me free by my brother. Of course I happen to knock it off my desk one time accidently, one side breaks loose, first time it ever fell. So I ordered myself a new pair. For these past few years no problem for me, sound quality is nice, for me. The night I accidently knock it off my desk (time of writing this review), a 3-4 feet drop, on to soft carpet… it broke like my first pair again, same way… Now… like come on for the price this headphones was at, got it when it was around $288 like back in 2021. I can’t fathom how easily it broke in the same way as my first pair.TLDR:Good sound quality headset, but breaks easily, just don’t drop it.

The right ear piece broke off. At first I thought it would be more random, no, all the breaks occur on the right ear piece. The cord is cheap artificial rubber that’s a little abrasive and so it clings to almost anything it touches and the cord itself is rather short.I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised if these were to just break by resting on a persons head after 1 year. I couldn’t have been more gentle when removing my headset and the headset just self destructed as though it was a used piece of garbage that had been sitting out in the yard for 5 years and when you go to pick up that piece of trash it just falls apart into little pieces. That is exactly what the right ear piece does where the hinge is held onto the base of the headset.Hope this helps out anyone! (Also I went with the black version instead of white)

I tried getting support from steelseries or the community of steelseries and there was nothing. Not getting any steelseries products anymore.
