STRICH Digital Piano 88 Keys, Hammer-Action Weighted Keyboard, Full size Electric Piano Keyboard with Furniture Stand, 25Wx2 Speakers, Supports USB-MIDI/Wireless Connect, SDP-300WN (Color Walnut Wood)

Worth it!
I purchased this Strich digital piano strictly for fun and enjoyment. My daughter took piano lessons years back when we had a traditional spinet. Toting a heavy piano around, isn’t an option for us anymore, and this digital piano gives us the opportunity to enjoy a lightweight version in our home again.Straightforward assembly-easier done by 2, but daughter assembled herself in about 45 mins. The finish is a smooth, thick, woodgrain poly covering-not true wood.Very sturdy.Power cord is short-needed an extension cord to use.Booklet includes the numbered tone choices, etc.Music stand just sits into the slot on top.Pedals are shiny, and work well.Keys feel substantial, not thin or hollow. The pressure sensitive keys function well.Easy to move-it slides easily on our luxury vinyl plank flooring.Piano sounds are pretty accurate. Other sound choices are fun.Only downsides are one screw didn’t stay in as the piece it was supposed to fit into wasn’t correct, and I don’t like that the on/off switch is on the backside center of piano. The speaker sound is slightly muffled, but not bad for the average or untrained ear. You have to lean forward, reach around blindly to feel for it. It would make much more sense to have placed it with the other side controls. And it would have been nice to have am actual number selector. There’s over 900 tones, and to get to the one you want, you have to push and hold down the plus or minus button until you reach the one you want…I’m not reducing my rating for any of those small concerns, because for the $360 you can’t go wrong. This is not going to be a yamahaa, or a Rolaand, but those are in a different valuation. If you’re looking for a fun keyboard, this is it. If you’re looking for a learning keyboard, this is it. If your looking for a professional gig keyboard, look elsewhere. Any child, or beginner adult can absolutely get use from this keyboard!Take a look at the Strich store, they offer matching piano benchesThis is a very good value for the quality and performance

Weighted keys feel nice
I got this piano for my boyfriend who loves to record as inspiration strikes. It was easy to hook to his recording equipment. The only issue he has had with it, is that it loses MIDI connection with his computer often. Unplugging and plugging back in fixes the issue. He really likes the action of the weighted keys. He was surprised that this came with the pedals. He hasn’t used any of the preset sounds, as he has other equipment to mix drums and other instruments, so I can’t review those. This piano is nice looking and has some heft to it. I love to listen to him as he learns popular songs or creates new, beautiful music.

Love this piano
This piano is awesome! It came packaged great and with the simple to follow instructions was easily and quickly put together. I like that it has weighted keys so it gives more of an actual piano feel to it when playing. I also enjoy that it has the headphone jack, so Im able to practice silently and not interrupt other things going on in the house.

Not great
Easy to assemble, nice color, but the keyboard randomly stops working while using. The positive reviews prior to mine seem to be part of a promotion.

I am editing my original review because the product is 10/10, especially for the price point. The first one I ordered was damaged in the mail, I reached out to the seller and the customer service was 10/10 – they immediately fixed the issue and I couldn’t be happier with my piano now! It feels and sounds great, it’s beautiful!

Awesome beginner piano with an amazing sound. Definitely more compact than an actual piano which was important to me because I don’t have a lot of space. It was easy to assemble and came with all hardware and tools required along with a manual. This digital piano is feature rich with options to use this as a midi board and play with other sounds. The full 88 keys are weighted and feel like a real analog piano. The extra boost over other electronic pianos I’ve seen is that it also has 3 pedals. The sound is rich and full and feels like a real piano when you are playing. On the back are ports for USB, headphones and midi. Plus the ability to record what you play. I would have recorded a soundbite but I don’t know how to play yet.The keypad has options for up to 900 other sounds and 700 tempos or rhythms to add to your playing. There is even the ability to split the keyboard so that one half the keys plays as one sound and the other half as a different sound. Everything from harpsichord to bagpipes. And this is where I felt I had to deduct one star from what would have been a flawless rating. There is no number pad! To select a rhythm or particular tone you only have up and down arrow keys. If you want to change to sound #900 and/or rhythm #700, be prepared to sit there for a couple of minutes holding that up arrow. To reset back to the default the quickest way is just to power it off and back on again. But as a piano, if that’s all you are looking for, this thing is fantastic at this price point. It looks very elegant. I have been wanting to learn piano for a long time but had nowhere to put one. So this fits the bill just fine for me. It fits nicely along the wall without dominating the room. The sound is beautiful and the keys feel very realistic in the way they respond to touch. The pedals also have a very authentic feel to them. The default grand piano sound is very real and you can adjust the volume. Totally recommend it if you want to play piano. If you are hoping to use the alternate sounds and rhythm features you might not be as pleased. Otherwise highly recommended.

Beautiful piano. Solid construction. Easy to put together. Nice weighted feel to the keys. I’m a beginner player; the quality, tone and feel of this piano makes me want to practice and play.
