Nicely designed speaker, but does not get loud
For starters, this is a nice looking speaker. Very “Euro” modern look to it and it seems to be built well too. Fabric covered with a contrasting embossed logo on the front. I got the Grey model and it certainly looks the part of a quality speaker. It comes packaged nicely as well so I would not be ashamed to give as a gift. Very Apple-ish in packing materials.Bluetooth pairing was straight forward and I had zero issues connecting to my phone. Manual is complete, but very small print due to several different languages.As for the sound…it sounds really nice and does have some low-end due to the passive radiator on the bottom. However, the speaker itself does not get very loud. If you’re looking for a small speaker to fill a room, this is not it. The sound that is there is very good and I’d like to hear this in TWS (paired to another unit), which I think that it does? (that’s mentioned but I’m not sure–if they’d send me another I’d love to test the stereo function). I have heard inexpensive speakers this size get much louder. But again, I do enjoy how it sounds overall; it just doesn’t get very loud. It’s perfect for background music in the kitchen but you won’t be DJ’ing any outdoor pool parties with this.The back side has a large rubber pad on it but interestingly enough the bottom does not (where the passive radiator is). Most folks will want this sitting upright but I didn’t find it to vibrate. The only input is bluetooth and a USB-C plug for charging (cable included). No 3.5mm input, no needless LED lights. Just a small LED indicator light for charging and low battery.Overall if this fits your use case I think you’d be happy with it. Certainly one of the better looking speakers I’ve tested and the sound quality is good for the size. Just don’t expect it to be loud, because it is not that.

Long Battery Life, Wonderful Inexpensive Speaker
I had no issue connecting it to my phone or any device. The audio quality was pretty good, it wasn’t bad at all. The battery life is also pretty long, I can use it without charging it for long amounts of time. I also love how portable it is. I do feel like the volume isn’t very loud, so that’s the only issue I had with it.

It looks nice but for the price I just can’t recommend it because its just a little louder than my phone. for 3 bucks more you can get a way better Bluetooth speaker that’s louder and sounds better.

Volume is a huge problem, sound signature for ~40$ is way off.
At almost $40 at time of review, you should definitely get something else. The volume is terribly low, keep in mind the volume buttons on the speaker are not synced with phone step volume, so make sure to turn the speaker volume to max then adjust the volume with your phone or tablet. Even still, the volume is so quiet, I have $10 speakers that easily are way louder.At upper volumes the bass does kind of kick in a bit, but it’s nothing special. The sound signature isn’t even all that “off” sounding, it’s not boosted treble and mids like so many speakers of this size. That being said the $30 Skull Candy Ounce+ speaker gets way louder, sounds more open and detailed, lacking bass but just sounds way more mature especially being twice as loud.If you want better sound and bass, you are probably going to have to look at the Tribit Stormbox Micro, Soundcore 100, or the Earfun U boom. I couldn’t recommend this Sudio speaker, especially at $40. Maybe a decent $15?
