11/10/24 UPDATE:This seller is so good. My machine kept jamming but I didnt want to return it because Ive never had a label printer before so I was kind of excited. I received an email from the seller and they sent me 2 new label cartridges for free. Dont you know, the printer never jammed after that! They even offered to replace the machine but it was not at all necessary because the machine itself was working perfectly fine. 5 stars for great customer service. title review changed. Thank you!first time use the tape kept getting jammed. bought it because it can be used with batteries or plugged into the wall but i wish it had a back light to it. 1 star because it came on time, 1 star because its useable and 1 star because its light and they had it in the color i wanted. -1 star because it seems to jam when printing and -1 star because it has no backlight.

Big fan of Supvan!
Big fan of Supvan!I use the label maker for my CD & Record collections.Super easy to use. Great with various font size / printing length options. This mode comes with an external power supply. So I donât need to worry about the WiFi /bluetooth connection. I like this retro device.

Do not recommend. Worked for about a month of use then it started jamming. At first it wasn’t terrible, but now it’s to the point the it jams every print making it completely useless. Tried a new tape reel and same issue. Even when it did work it was very wasteful and you had to reformat the text every print.

Works well. Takes a little effort to figure out how to use, able to change fonts, size amd frame. Nothing really fancy buy for the price it is worth it. Suggest buy extra tape when you purchase as the one that is in the machine when you get it does not last long at all.

This machine does the job perfectly.- stickers are laminated, will laster longer and maybe resist washing- sticker format is the right size 12mm- can work alone. unlike other printers that requires your phone and an app, this offered a simple solution for our simple task.- price correctly. refill tape is half the price of Brothers.-function rich. you need to read and keep the manual. access to some funcrions aren’t as intuitive, you’ll need to practice and adjust.* you need to close the back cover for the printer to work correctly!** comes with 9v charger and 1 roll of white tape
