Sleek and smooth controls
Honestly this worked just as good if not better than my $300 smart unit I have had for a while.Where this thing shines is the controls and the way they are done by touch. Also, I like how the display shows everything all at once without needing to go to another window and seeing what is going on. Ease of installation was perfect and simple. Once you do one of these then they’re always easy. The reaction time is perfect. From the time the thermostat tells the unit to turn on and off. It has the perfect delay still and there’s been no issues. Quality and materials used in the product is premium premium and I would definitely highly recommend this out. Great great product!

No manual telling how to set up
Donât know how to set up thermostat as the small manual they sent with it was useless. I contacted them and they just didnât understand that some people donât understand Smart technology. They canât or wonât explain anything about the thermostat as they feel it is very simple to use. Of course they are the ones who made and sell it so they obviously know how to use it. Every Smart item I have bought in the past has come with an ownerâs manual with very usable directions and I was able to follow the directions in setting up the item.

I really like everything about this the screen, the quality is all very nice. The app works well too, but the temperature readings were way off. By 10 degrees most times. I reset it thinking it was a glitch, but nope.

I really like this new thermostat and all the functions that it has. The controls are easy to use and not hard to figure out. You can control the temps to save energy. One thing I would say you will need a decent knowledge of wiring to install this
