Best one so far
It stuck great too the side of my console which does have a texture and was relatively flat. A bit bouncy but has held tight to phone. It serves the purpose it was intended to hold on to my phone while I drive . I’ll update if that changes 11/24Easy to install held phone easy to open12/5 still stuck on

Location, location, location!!
There are only two things I can say negative about this product and one doesn’t really have anything to do with the product its self, but with the location of my CD player in my car. I can not see my AC/heater controls and I have to rotate it to put my car in park. Thank goodness I’m able to rotate it so I can shift my car into park!! It did take me a few times to adjust the tension so this would not fall out of the CD player. But after I got it adjusted its staying there with not more issues! I love how this holds my phone tight and allow me to still charge my phone with ease!! And I have no issues with seeing my directions now!! This is a very good product for everyone!! Just be aware of where your CD player is…. it’s location may cause you to have to find a work around!!!

So far, so good! Finally a phone holder that lasts!
I have went through phone holders for my car for years! None have lasted longer than a few days, except this one!! I think the extra support leg on this one really helps it stay in place since my phone is on the heavier side! My dashboard is all slanted so itâs usually difficult to stick phone holders on & with the weight of my phone, they usually donât last long so I gave up a couple years ago but decided to try again & bought this phone holder!I stuck it to my windshield and itâs been on for several weeks now and hasnât budged or shown any signs of falling off!Definitely recommend it!Iâll update my review though if something changes!

Temporary Solution
I got this contraption because my new phone was too heavy for the magnetic ones. It worked well enough and installed in a convenient spot in my Subaru sedan. It did shake quite a bit while driving so if I needed to read something small on my phone, I had to hold it with my hand but for the most part it was functional. However, it only lasted about 8 months. 6 months in, it stopped springing back out so I would have to pull my phone out. Then it finally stopped holding the arms closed all together. I took a look inside to see if I could fix it, but it looks like the one tiny plastic pin holding the spring mechanism in place broke off. Its a decent temporary solution if you have a big Pixel 6a that a magnet can’t hold and need a way to drive without looking down, but it isn’t permanent by any means.

great product great price
A LITTLE more complicated than some but so worth it. Just read the (microscopic) instructions carefully and make sure of your positioning before any adhesives are involved. You won’t get it off without damaging your dash. This product is much better than the previous mount I used-a Samsung suction mount, now discontinued, which cost 2X more.Only “issue” is mild vibration which is excusable in a moving vehicle. Can’t speak to long term use but hasn’t fallen off dashboard since installed. My old one fell off every 2 hours to 2 days. One last thing: will work bestif you have a 3 inch diameter space on dash to stick the larger pad.
Good while lasted. –

I do love that it doesnt bounce around and it clamps really well. it releases very quickly as well. The only thing i wish it had a longer base to accommodate my pop up that is on the back of my phone. it barely sits on the bottom shelf.

Very sturdy holder. Better than my expectation. It does widen the CD slot opening after a while.

Lastima la parte donde se coloca

Muy inestable, las pinzas para sujetar son debiles y se rompen muy pronto, el mio se rompió al mes de uso y ya no sirvió obviamente. No es un buen soporte. Lo usé en un nissan sentra 2011.
