Edit: Iâve had these for some time now and wanted to do an update and moving it down to a 4/5 rating. I still agree with all of my previous statements however. Within about 3 months of having these they stopped working and I am very careful with my gaming set up because Iâm OCD and particular. These completely stopped working suddenly as far as being able to do both sound and using the mic at once and sometimes neither worked together. I did notice when I received it there was a hairline break in the connection area on the headset where the mic sits which didnât necessary bother me and I donât think this would have lead to the issues I was experiencing. But occasionally throughout the first couple of weeks I was noticing audio issues. Unfortunately this all happened right as covid hit. And while other items I was getting replaced with other companyâs were swift in response and getting their customer taken care of it took TURTLE BEACH 3.5 weeks to get back to me about this. I had finally sent another email in and after a week I was replied to from that thread. I was not impressed because through all of this I couldnât go out to stores or anything to get a replacement and I was following state regs to avoid non business related travel. This was the only company that not only ignored their customer but too their sweet unbearably slow time to rectify this. I eventually got walked through how to go about cutting the cord, taking a picture of itâs info and all of that and they had agreed to send me a replacement which so far has worked fine and I could not find any damage with it. So overall I still agree. But it was so frustrating to have to go through all of that for a replacement when I didnât experience this with any other company. (I had a defective fan replaced, and a wireless charger sent out to me for warranty issues and waited less than a week to get confirmed shipments for both of those if that matters to anyone as to what I was referring to)**Itâs comfortable, cute, clear quality. They are a little large but still can feel a little snug after a couple hours in the ears. I just wish you could adjust the volume of voice and game separately.

I absolutely love these headphones! Theyâre lightweight, they donât feel to harsh. If you wear them for a long time you might get a slight headache but nothing serious! The thing I love the most is the sound is so clear and theyâre noise canceling! These headphones easily became one of my favorite gaming headphones and I definitely recommend them if you love gaming like I do!!!

I bought these headphones for my wife. I personally love my Turtle Beach gaming headphones, since my wife is getting into gaming I thought I would buy her these and she loves them. They are nice and comfortable and the mic works great.

Microphone design flaw equals poor sound quality.
Purchased for online gaming and the sound was awful. The mic on this headset is a solid plastic design and not long enough, in my opinion. This led to complaints by other players in my group that I could barely be heard in spite of my volume being max on both ends and lots of troubleshooting. The sound was also very fuzzy. In the end, this version was returned for the Turtle Beach Recon 50 Wired Gaming Headset with Removable Mic. No complaints with that model.

The sound is great and the mic works good. I wear glasses and I find this headset comfortable compared to ones I’ve used in the past. I do wish the cord was longer. All in all a good purchase.

Die o. a. Kopfhörer weisen eine sehr gute Hör-/Sprachqualität auf. Einzigster Kritikpunkt wäre die allgemeine GröÃe der Kopfhörer, diese liegen nämlich sehr eng und tun bei langem tragen am Kopf weh.
