This is an incredible practice pad with great features
Pros: the unit itself is fantastic,keeps track of how long you practice,has modes to train for consistent hit power,metronome that will go from quarter notes to 16th note patterns,headphone jack to not annoy others with metronome clicks with adjustable volume.Lithium battery that charges via USB-CI am 21 hours into using this pad and love everything about how well rounded it is.(Ironically not being round is a major downside when trying to mount it.)Cons:sort of a big con is that it doesnât fit well in standard stands due to the shapethe foam pads on the bottom do not keep it from moving around when being hit.The solution for those in the US is to order the stand made for this which I was only able to find in Austrailia. it was 46$ shipped and called “Aroma APD10STANDâ.I ordered one because I do like unit so much both as a pad and as a metronome, and I have used it every day since I got it, even if for just a quick warm up some days.

There’s no sound for this drum. So sad cause it was a gift.I’m updating this review because the instructions were in another language so how to do was very confusing to understand. However, my son loves it. The drum is very loud..loud enough for a parent to say turn it down. He’s 5 and learning to play so we’re satisfied. I apologize for the negative review the first time!

There’s no sound coming from it when I press the mode, rythum, beat. I’m bit hearing anything from it. The beats music or anything. What kind of pad is this? Not what I was looking for or it has a defect.

No rudiment programs.
Iâm looking for a pad like this that teaches rudiments. This pad only has a steady tempo sound it makes. No recognition of whether your hits are on beat. If it had some rudiment programming it would be way more engaging. As it is, itâs just boring.

Not what i expected
Was hard to understand for my 10y/o son. I wanted him to have something to practice on at home with some noise, but this wasn’t it. The seller ended up reaching out to me and letting me know of an electric drum set that they carry and shipped it to me for free. I know the first drum didnt work out but the level of customer service is what im rating!

Pad is not bad for practicing.
Its not a bad pad and serves it purpose. The built-in metronome comes in handy to check your timing. I would recomend you get a snare stand to go with it.
