Easy and quick way to handle multiple devices!
I recently upgraded to the Ultrawide category of monitors… but one big problem. One HDMI spot for both my PS5 and Switch. This does the job without needing additional power and works well on a 1440p screen. This also leaves me the option of using one more item if needed. I’m surprised at how nicely it works. The included remote is a nice touch as well, so the splitter itself can be hidden away.My only issue is the IR sensor is in an awkward spot, but I have no problem using the remote even when hidden behind a tablet.

We have a TV that didnât have enough inputs for my three devices. This solves the problem. You plug the one card into your tv then plug your devices, like a Roku player, DVR and a Play Station into the three outlets. Then you just push the button until the plug in you want is where the red light is.This one doesnât have a remote control because it would be one more controller I have to mess with, so I just walk over and push the button.I was able to free up the HDMI (ARC) plug in for my sound bar.

This product seemed like it would solve my issue of not having enough HDMI ports for my devices. At a glance, this product offers seamless switching between all compatible devices. However once I received it I set up a ps5, Nintendo switch, and Apple TV and things all went wrong. Since the time I first turned it on, it would power on and not automatically go to the only thing that was powered on. Instead it would turn on my ps5 automatically and it created such a hassle for me to be able to just watch tv. On top of that I read the instruction manual to find out it is not compatible/recommended to be used with Samsung products so a majority of tvs wonât be able to use this. Lastly, when I thought I had gotten it to work correctly it completely stopped working and I had not output going to my TV. Stay away from the hassle this item created and go with another option.

Problems switching between Max Studio and 2012 Mac mini.
It seems to start up using a Dell monitor just fine some of the time, but wonât switch back to the Mac mini and I have to restart the mini while cabling straight to the monitor. Sometimes it works switching and sometimes it doesnât. Iâve tried several configurations and nothing seems to be consistent. So, kind of works.

I cave connected my cable box and 2 disc players to the switch. It will automatically switch when one of them is turned on which is a nice feature. The included remote works well. Ideally, I’d have liked all the ports positioned on the rear of the unit which wold allowed for a (visibly) cable-free installation, but that’s just nit-picking. Great value and performance.
