Great little radio
I love the color, and the size is perfect for my office. It doesn’t take up too much space, but I like the look of it on my shelf. It picks up stations pretty easily – I didn’t unwind the antenna, and it picks up all the stations I was looking for. The Bluetooth works great and has great sound with my music from my phone.

Love it!
I truly love this radio/blue tooth player! Great sound quality with easy pairing and great radio frequency/connectivity. I have been listening to Christmas music almost constantly this season. The size is perfect for the space and I love the aesthetic.

Thank Goodness They Still Make Knobs
Our first priority was to find a Bluetooth speaker with a knob for volume control. The primary user has difficulty finding and pressing the +/- (plus and minus) buttons found on most speakers. The fact that our search for knob speakers turned up in vintage styles was an unexpected bonus. Apparently, knobs are considered so old fashioned that thatâs the only way you can find them. But thatâs fine. It only adds style to function.Next, it had to be sized right for the spot where it must sit in order to be reached. Several cool styles were just too big. One was too tiny and toy-like. This model was described as a middle-of-the-road size and turned out to be just about right. The sound quality was our next concern. We wanted it to sound decent but we werenât going to spring for Bose, so we kept our expectations in check. Narrowing down the choices left us in one-speaker territory, so we hoped for the best. Sound quality is very subjective, so to us, it sounds decent. It can be heard fine, the volume is good for the range of use, the adjustable bass/treble knob helps (but we just put it in the middle), and the tracks sound like the quality of file thatâs coming out of the computer. Is this a party box? Of course not. But for our room-range, simply listening to music purposes, weâre happy with the sound. The color wasnât so important, but itâs nice that there are color choices. We liked the oak color in the picture, but it was labeled walnut. Hmm? Could be a typo, so we went with that over the awful dark color or the expensive light color. Why items have different prices for different colors, weâll never know. Itâs the exact same thing! But we digress. When it came in, the oak color on the box was right, but the item itself is definitely a darker walnut color. Apparently, nobody makes anything in oak color anymore. Itâs very hard to find. But the walnut is tolerable. The radio is immaterial to us. Itâs cute to have a dial there for retro looks, but we have no intention of using it. This is only a Bluetooth speaker to us. Incidentally, the Bluetooth connected to the computer in a flash! We never even opened the manual. Itâs self-explanatory to set the dial to BT mode, turn it on, and then go into the computer settings and Add A Device. Boom! Victrola showed up and Elvis was playing instantly! The power cord was an unexpected bonus. We may have assumed a rechargeable battery, but the description does say corded electric. Honestly, we read about so many speakers, we canât remember what we thought its power source was. As it turns out, the power cord is great. The fact that itâs plugged in means that it can play forever, just like the old days when you didnât have to think about charging every device before you can use it.

Nice product with a strange caveat: Songs have a quick fade in when playing via Bluetooth
I wanted a retro Bluetooth speaker for my home office and this thing was perfect: Complemented my bookshelves, sounded great, didn’t get too loud (I never needed it to), and it just looked good. The problem with it took a couple days to notice, though. I tend to play all my music through my phone by loading it with songs â rather than Apple Music/Spotify/&c. â and, for some reason, there was a split-second fade in whenever a new track played. There was no setting for it, it was definitely not the song itself, and I couldn’t find anything about it elsewhere online. This would probably not be a big deal for anyone else, I just couldn’t keep it knowing it would fade in between tracks. Which sucks because I really liked it. Looks way better than your modern JBL Bluetooth speaker and sounds great, too. And having an AM/FM radio attached was pretty great in case of a zombie apocalypse or something.

Great Radio but FM Antenna a Problem
Good sound, easy to use dials, cute design. Only issue for me was the antenna was tied on itself in a figure 8 on the back, almost impossible to unravel. Husband worked for half an hour with tools to get it unraveled.

Great purchase!
My brand new Victrola radio sits on top of an antique radio from 1940. I canât get good reception with the oldie however I was pleasantly surprised with my new purchase. The sound is clear and has a great volume range. The base and treble along with the tuning is very accurate and easy to adjust. It has very simple clean lines, it looks great and the sound is wonderful. I happened to see it when it was on sale but the regular price was very fair and worth it. Iâm very happy with my purchase.

Two years later, still using it daily with no issues!
What’s not to love? It’s small, portable, reliable, works great even after regular daily use for 2 years, and just makes me feel cozy in my space! Beautiful blend of a vintage aesthetic with modern functionality.

Itâs perfect for what we use it for.
We wanted a radio to leave on while we are gone for our dog and were looking for something a bit retro looking. After doing some searching, we decided on this one. Itâs small but fits perfectly on our cabinet. Someone mentioned the speakers and sound quality. This definitely isnât a powerful, loud radio but the quality is decent in the space we use it for. As long as you arenât using it as your main music source or in loud, open areas, this is a pretty good purchase. Thereâs no Bluetooth and it isnât wireless, but thatâs what we wanted. I would recommend to other people.

Performs well. Decent sound. Good reception, even in remote areas. Vintage look. Perfect kitchen radio if that is what you desire. Bluetooth range is better than most devices. Easy to use for the Elderly.

I really like the overall quality of this radio. It is simple to use, attractive, and has terrific reception and tone. The construction appears quite good but the finish is not wood but plastic that does resemble wood. It is a neat package and its compact size does not take up much shelf space yet still allows for good sound quality. I also like that you can choose between three different sources and can adjust the tone to suit what you are listening to (it has a good bass sound which enriches music very nicely). It is a worthwhile purchase and, in my opinion, fully deserves five stars based on appearance, sound quality, and function.
