Great product!
Easy to use. Copied all of my old VHS home vids to digital. Did it in the privacy of my home so people I donât know were not viewing my private family moments. Also they charge far too much. The quality of my digital copies is great! Also now I can copy anything I wish from anything I choose to digital! So I really loved the Price and functionality of this device! It was worth the money I spent just for transferring my family videos from the 80s and 90s and 2000s.

Pretty much accepts whatever you input.
There is a very small learning curve using this device. You have to be careful with mute and HDMI. If the source HDMI is muted, often the receiver is also muted. Also, on the device there is speaker volume and recording volume. You can mute the speaker, but if you turn the other volume down, it will not record sound. I had no problems plugging in a standard external hard disk drive. You do not need to use a solid state drive or a similar faster drive. I find it annoying that a device this expensive did not come with batteries for the remote or the unit settings. Unless you like resetting the time and date, plan on purchasing a CR 2025 battery. The included tripod is not great, but it does keep the vents on the back of the screen clear. Do not lay the screen flat or it will overheat which can shorten the life of the display.
The included software is basic. but provides most features an end user needs The clip tool works pretty well, but it works by the second. If you are concerned about garble, this may not be your best solution. The software that pieces the recordings together is very fast and efficient. The file sizes are huge. 1920 x 1080 60fps works out to about 4GB per hour. This is nice for 80 inch screens, but overkill for a phone or tablet. Depending on what the final use of the project, there is no included software to prepare the final file. I recommend handbrake, which is free. With handbrake, you can reformat your file to fit the screen you are watching it on while also reducing frame rate and file size.
I have no plans to copy protected material so I’m taking Cloner Alliance’s word that this will not copy DRM or HDCP.

CAREFUL!!! WARRANTY?? GLITCHES IN OPERATING SYSTEM…
I Highly recommend asking Cloner, what if any Warranty, is offered and for how long before purchasing. Worked Great with a Few Glitches. Then the USB Input Receptacle came unsoldered. Contacted Cloner and Amazon with Mixed Promises, Amazon said, We Will Handle IT. TO then be told I, Have to Call Cloner and Be Told I’m Using an Unsupported Thump Drive, that’s why I Can’t Record or Play Back!!? That’s not addressing the issue or a solution! Be Prepared to Purchase Insurance. You won’t find any Warranty Info on Their Site! I WAS TOLD BY AMAZON A WEEK AGO, I’D BE CONTACTED WITHIN 24 HOURS! NOTHING BUT “HOW DID WE DO IN HANDLING YOUR REQUEST?” ARE YOU SATISFIED??

Great to Record, BUT CANNOT PLAYBACK VIDEOS NOT RECORDED IN THE UNIT.
The recording aspect works very well for my needs, the bad side is, it locks up and is very difficult to play back any videos that you did not record in the unit itself. This what the people at cloner alliance told me when I emailed them. I was pretty miffed that I can simply take a small mp4 1280 video, put it on a USB memory stick or SD Card and play it back! If you have several, I get video errors and the unit just freezes up. So essentially the playback for this unit is useless unless I record in the unit it self. Still working on this and will try to reformat both storage formats to figure a solution. But for the price this is something that really shouldnât be.

Cloner Alliance Delivers again
What a great product this is. Iâve owned multiple Cloner Alliance products as well as other capture devices from other companies. Cloner Alliance is the best. This thing will record from ANY device that has HDMI. Itâs simple to use. Any questions Iâve had have been answered quickly and in a manner I could understand. I had trouble with the remote starting the recording process but easily figured that out. Had some trouble installing the back up batter but Cloner Alliance sent a simple video to me and shoed me how to easily install it. Ive been converted some old DVDâs that I recorded to digital. Had no problems. Recorded from Firestick. No problems. When the file was too big and the View Pro split the file the FREE Cloner Alliance software easily combined the files in no time. Get this device. You wonât be disappointed. Oh yeahâ¦the screen makes it easy to not tie up your TV while converting. Great device.

Showed Great Promise. But …..
Setup was relatively simple. Quality of the MP4 output was NICE. The problem was the ViewPro would freeze up (stop recording) in the middle of recording source material sent via the Composite and/or Component connections. That meant that I could NOT use it to transfer VHS tapes or Laserdiscs to a digital format. And since that was the reason I bought it, the unit (close to $400) was junk.
I returned it to Amazon.

Le produit enr en 1080 (d’autres produit clone alliance peuvent aller en 4 k)pour moi celui-ci est bien Correct, j’ai transféré mes vielles VSH sans tracas, le son et somme tout basic mais correct et fait aussi le job
Maintenant je l’utilise comme PVR pour mon récepteur t’élus, attention la sortis HDMI d’un téléviseur et pas une sortie vidéo, vous devez et je parle pour les clients tu élus et probablement autre fournisseur rajouté derrière le récepteur un Répartiteur HDMI pour (une 2e sortis hdmi) et ça fonctionne numéro un.
J’utilise aussi pour ma Xbox encore la très simple à brancher.
Pour le stockage j’utilise un my book mais aucun souci tout disque durs externes ne sont tous compatibleâ¦
La télécommande est des plus simplistes dans mon cas elle fonctionne très bien car je suis proche, je n’ai pas rencontrer de problème. Aussi je recommande de mettre la batterie pour garder en mémoire la date du jours.
Le simple fait de ne pas être obligé d’utiliser mon Pc ou lap est un énorme plus.
Bref mise à par le prix cette bête fait le job et je l’adore.

ce boitier permer d’enregistré tous se que vous voulez mais attention il ne supporte pas les appareille connecté protéger avec hdcp
se qui empéche énormément les enregistrement trouver un moyen il en existe de supprimer cette protection hdcp
si non vous ne pouvez rien faire avec se produis cette importent de le dire car dans les comentaire négatif des personnes disent que sa ne marche pas et il faut en honéteté le signalé car ces un trés bon produis
le probléme hdcp résolue vous pouvez enregistré se que vous voulez avec un son et une images optimal de tres qualité en hd voila jj24
