Absolutely Phenomenal Products and Service
Great headphones, Fit and sound quality. My 1st pair were pretty rugged and lasted about 2yrs before they broke due to wear & possibly extreme work environments (all phases of construction). I bought a few more newer pair/versions and thru the help of their customers service learned that the Lite and Regular models were not compatible with certain factors of my lifestyle and work (Great headphones anyways) so now will be using the Super Q3 to better handle my environments. My my understanding of the model’s thru personal experiences are:* No Fast Charging Whatsoever. At All. Do not try or you may break it *Lite – IP56 – Indoor use advised. No dampness or water allowed.Regular – IP65 – Indoor/Outdoor use, possible light mist or damp area acceptable.Super Q3 – IP67 – More suitable for extreme work environments like construction

Not for Everyone
I like the fact that they don’t go into my ear because I have hearing aids in there. It works really well especially after becoming familiar with the headset. They are comfortable to wear for long periods, almost can’t feel them on. They are light weight. The only drawback is they are not adjustable. When I sit back in my chair, they connector wire in the back pushes forward causing the set to move forward losing contact with the bone. So, you can’t hear anything then. That is why only 4 stars. Other than that, they are great. Recommended.

2nd Update – Worked for 60 days- now like NEW
2nd update- The replacement product arrived as promised by the seller under the 1 yr warranty that is provided by the company. As expected these work great. I can put these through their paces because I use them. So far they have performed fantastic. Co.panies offer warranties to.give the consumer peace of mind. It is not because they do not trust the product it is because things can happen. The differen is when they back their product, support/honor their 1 yr warranty, and fulfill the customers expectations of what a solid company truly is. Customer service wins it for me and I will stand behind this product. Great job guys!ââ—————Update*20241108 – The seller reached out and has made a solid attempt to make the issue right. They have been extremely helpful and have already mailed out the replacement item. I realize that items offer warranties for a variety of reasons because anything can happen. This company is making a solid attempt to make it right. I will follow up once I get the replacement product.——–original post below———-The bone conduction by YouthWhisper worked fantastic for 60 days after purchase. Then they suddenly stopped turning on, will not charge, or respond to any interaction with the buttons. I use these when I work out, walk outdoors, or work in the yard. They were the best I have tried yet BUT they stopped working. I have reached out to the company and waiting to hear back from them.

They get the job done – mid quality.
These are medium quality, but they get the job done. A friend let me try his almost $200 bone conduction headphones, and the sound was EXCELLENT. Not wanting to drop that much cash, I opted for this more approachable set. I didn’t expect them to be the same, but I had hoped for a better product.First: the sound quality is just on the positive side of mid. If the volume isn’t way up, it’s hard to hear. It lacks in the bass range in particular, and if you increase the bass in your equalizer settings, they vibrate.Second: The band around the back is rigid and sticks off the back of your head, which makes any situation where you might want your head to rest on something impossible. Looking back, the pictures demonstrate that the band sticks out, but I had hoped that was just a photo editing issue.I plan to wear these at work (in a plant nursery, where there’s humidity and water) in off-hours where there’s basic operations to do. They’ll serve their basic function just fine, and they’re not so expensive that I’m worried about them breaking. For leisure, I’ll probably invest in a more expensive pair that has separate earpieces and higher sound quality.

Don’t understand why people use these.
I have a buddy who has been trying to get me to try out his bone conduction headphones, which are a different brand but the same type of headphone. All the videos and pictures you see of people using these headphones working out and such, you assume they’re listening to music. These headphones should never be used for anything other than phone calls because the sound is not nearly loud enough to enjoy music. Even at the loudest setting it’s still not a good quality sound, they vibrate, and people around you can hear. So, I thought I would use these only for phone calls, but this is not good either. The person on the other line could hear me perfectly, which prevents me from giving this just one star. But the sound quality on the phone call is bad as well. It’s sort of crackly and very tinny. The part that goes over the ears is way too thick if you wear glasses. So, I don’t understand how anyone who does wear glasses can use these, especially if they use them during the day to take phone calls and such while they’re working because there’s not enough room for the glasses to remain on my head.

I took a chance on these YouthWhisper headphones instead of the Shokz that my friend owns and I am pleasantly surprised! The only drawbacks are common to all bone conduction headsets:- Sound quality will never be as good as in-ear headphones; bone conduction flattens the midrange and bass- Loud volume or long duration use makes my skull itch (this is due to the vibrations thru which this works)- Unsuitable for music with lots of bass (bass on bone conduction can quickly descend into just garbled noise, this was a common experience between these and the Shokz which cost a lot more)- Bluetooth range was a little shorter than my other headphones by a few feet before it disconnectedThese drawbacks are common, like I said, and expected.Onto the good:- Battery life is a solid 6 hours at the worst, 9 hours at best in the time I’ve owned them and charging is fast (~2 hours to full)- Microphone is weirdly good for calls. I expected it to be much worse.- For casual TV watching, YouTube videos, exercising and work (Teams meetings & calls), the sound quality is perfectly acceptable with the added benefit of awareness my over-the-ear and in-ear headphones don’t afford me- Charges via USB-C cableSolid buy for a decent price. Shokz may have better battery life but not an appreciable sound quality difference in a side by side comparison, and not enough to justify the price difference for how I use them, which is mainly with my TV for work, gaming and watching shows without waking up the kids while still being able to keep ears open to hear them fighting or breaking something!

Bought these for cycling and they are great to Sweat in. They fit well behind my ears and along hair line at the back of the neck. They simply do not fall off during exercise. Using them with ear plugs is perfect as the sound quality is enhanced.Excellent value and quality for its price!!Had an issue with battery not charging and reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and offered to send a replacement. Amazing!!

So I go it and it was simple enough to set up and connect to my phone once it was charged. The first tests went well and sound was okay for what they are. Then yesterday I went for a walk with them and wow the Bluetooth was skipping a lot. Like I had the phone in my pocket so it wasnât far from the source and it just kept skipping a lot during the songs a lot. So I if the Bluetooth didnât suck it would get a better rating.
