What should I do if my wireless charger suddenly stops working and it’s outside the return window?
This issue may be caused by static electricity, especially during winter months. Please contact our support team using the information provided in the user manual for further assistance.
Can I wirelessly charge my Android phone with this stand?
Yes. However, Android phones typically require higher power, leading to full load charging on the stand. This may cause the stand’s surface temperature to rise above normal but will remain within a safe range and not damage the device.
In choosing between an aluminum alloy shell and a plastic shell, which one should I pick?
The base is extremely stable, sturdy, and durable. The stylish look and feel of the aluminum are unmatched by plastic. While it might be a bit heavy for some scenarios, this weight is definitely acceptable given its superior quality and design.
Is it normal for the stand or device to get warm during charging?
Yes, it’s normal for the stand to get warmer during fast charging. Our overload protection system keeps your devices safe. Just avoid watching videos or playing games while charging to prevent additional heat.
Why does the wireless charger buzz when folded and not in use?
The buzzing is a technical aspect of wireless charging technology, encountered in nearly all foldable wireless chargers. Simply unfold the charger to eliminate the sound.

I couldnât be more impressed with the AC Island 5-in-1 Wireless Charging Station! Itâs the perfect solution for charging multiple devices at once, and it has become an essential part of my daily routine. The design is sleek and compact, which is ideal for both home and travel. The foldable feature makes it incredibly portable and easy to pack, so I can bring it with me wherever I go without any hassle. Itâs super convenient to have one device that can charge my phone, AirPods, Apple Watch, and other gadgets all at once. The 15W max fast charging capability works flawlessly. My phone charges quickly, and the magnetic MagSafe connection is strong and secureâno more worrying about whether it’s aligned properly. It also prevents overheating, so I feel confident leaving my devices on it without worry.Another huge plus is how tidy this station keeps my nightstand. I no longer have multiple cables cluttering up the space. Itâs not only functional but also looks great!Overall, the AC Island 5-in-1 Wireless Charger is a must-have for anyone looking for an efficient, stylish, and reliable charging solution. Highly recommended! Five stars without a doubt

Excellent Product – Great Customer Service
I first purchased this charger as a gift for my son. He raved about it so much that when it went on sale I purchased one for myself. I charge my iPhone, watch, and AirPods at the same time and it works great. It comes with a handy case for travel and folds up compactly. It is sturdy and has a solid weight but not too heavy. Design is modern and sleek. I ran into an issue after several weeks where it stopped charging and contacted customer support. They immediately shipped me a new one – no hassle. My son has had his for almost a year with no issues so I think the issue was probably a fluke. I highly recommend this charger, and especially with the discount they are now offering.

Doesn’t Work for Long! We tried two chargers, same result!
I really wanted to like this charger. It had all the features that I had searched for, so I was very excited to use it. I had planned to be able to take it on the frequent trips we take for sports. Charging multiple devices simultaneously with the ability to add additional cables for other types of devices all in a foldable compact charger looked like a perfect solution for our needs. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the weight and materials the charger was made of as well as the nice carrying case it comes with to transport it and the cables on trips. All seemed of very high quality. I tested the charger and it worked for my iphone, but was extremely slow to charge my iphone 16 pro max. I was still going to tolerate it, however, because I had such difficulty finding any other charger that would do these same things all at once. After less than a week, however, the charger suddenly stopped charging my phone. I tried different cords, the light would continuously light to say power was being received, yet it would not charge any devices. I spoke with Amazon, and decided to accept a replacement product because I liked the features so much. Upon receiving the second identical charger, it again worked for approximately 1 week, and again suddenly stopped charging a phone. This was so disappointing because there is no apparent reason for the sudden failure. We tested it with multiple phones with the same result. This second charger failing was extremely inconvenient as we had taken it on a cruise with us, and it left us with having to scramble to find ways to charge our devices. Sadly, I cannot recommend this charger to anyone. The price is higher than necessary, and the sudden failure of two identical devices leads me to believe it is a product issue, not simply a lemon that we had received the first time.

UPDATE: Stopped charging within a week, but received a new one
I loved this until it stopped working. Sturdy feel. Magnet for phone was strong and held the phone fine. AirPods charger worked even with cases on. But about a week in it just stopped charging anything. Sadly returning. I liked the look, feel and concept!Update: the seller contacted me and sent me a new charger. Iâve been using it for a couple weeks now and it is working as expected. I do love this unit – compact and magnet works great holding the iPhone!

I bought two of these and when the product arrived, the build quality and charging worked flawlessly. Unfortunately, the chargers both failed after a few weeks within days of each other. I just started the warranty process 2024-06-16 and we’ll see how that goes. I want to give it 5 stars but it’s 3 for now. We’ll see how the warranty process goes and I’ll update my review then.Update 2024-06-21The manufacturer responded right away through Amazon and I received two new chargers yesterday (4 days after the warranty claim). The customer service is fantastic. The replaced products are amazing My rating has changed to 5 stars because of this. Highly recommend this great product.Update 2024-08-24After a few weeks of receiving the replacement products. Both started failing again after a few weeks. I love the design and the materials but I cannot recommend this product. I went with an Anker product which isn’t built as nice but at least fully works.Update 2024-09-13I have to say the manufacturer has been great through this process. They replaced the defective unit and send me a third one promising that they have changed the capacitors and that I shouldn’t have the problem anymore. It failed within 4 days. They have just sent me my 4th unit…. So far it has been working well but I will update this review in a month if it’s still working well.Update 2024-10-08The 4th version received finally works well as I have been using it for a month now. Have had no issues so hopefully they have ironed out all the internal electrical from failing. I did buy an Anker one after the 3rd one failed and although the Anker product works well, this AC Island product is built and designed far superior to the Anker plastic product. I can finally recommend it now. Yay!

Klare Empfehlung!

This wireless charger is great quality and super compact. Itâs perfect for daily use on a bedside table and also ideal for travel. It can charge your watch, phone, and earbuds, plus it has two extra ports for other devices. The only downside is that charging the phone is a bit slower, but thatâs understandable. Overall, itâs stylish, practical, and very versatile!
