Q:Why does only one earbud have sound? I can’t pair the earbuds with each other.
A.1.Forget the original “A16” Bluetooth model from all of your pairing devices, like your pc,ipad,tv,etc and turn off your device’s Bluetooth.
2.Put the earbuds in the charging case, Once the earbud indicator lights turn on for 3 seconds, take the earbuds from the charging case.The earbuds should pair with each other successfully.(One of the earbuds indicator light blinks red and blue, and the other earbud indicator light blinks blue, the pairing is successful).
3.Turn on the Bluetooth of your device, search for and click the”A16″ model. The earbuds will be paired with your device successfully.
Q：Why won’t the earbuds charge in the charging case?
A: 1.Firstly: Confirm that the charging case has power.If the charging case is low or dead, the charging case will not recognize the earbuds when you put them in, so it will not charge the earbuds.If the charging case does not charge properly, please try a different USB C cable for charging.
2.Secondly: Wipe the charging port of the earbuds and the charging pin of the charging case with alcohol. Allow the earbuds to dry before placing it back in the case. 3.Thirdly: Make sure that the charging pin in the charging case has not fallen off.
Q:My phone has paired with other Bluetooth devices, but can’t pair with our earbuds, why ?
A: There are limitations on the number of Bluetooth pairings for various mobile phones. Some phones limit pairing to only three Bluetooth devices at a time, while others limit it to two Bluetooth devices at a time.
Therefore, if you discover that your earphones cannot be paired with your phone while other devices can, try forgetting the names of other pairings on your phone first. Then try to search our earbuds model to pair.

Recently purchased these ear phones. After a few weeks of use, my review is as follows:Pros: Great sound quality. Can hear music and respond to phone calls very clearly with no noise issue. Battery life is very good. Got about 3 1/2 hours of good use before i had to charge them. Buds are very comfortable and fit very nice over the ear. My only gripe would probably be the tapping feature to start and stop music and answer calls as I have been used to pressing an actual button for so long. Overall though, I’m very satisfied with the product and for the price is worth the purchase.

Another great product
Writing this as I’m listening to music on another great pair of ear buds. These open ear buds are very comfortable, you can feel them on the back of your ear, but I think that’s because your not use to something touching that area, but it’s not uncomfortable at all. I love these because I have a daith piercing and these don’t bother it all like in ear buds do. I also wear glasses and have an industrial piercing and was able to wear these comfortably with a little moving around. Sound quality is good and clear. Very easy pairing.

I usually use earbuds, but I found my ears would get a little sore or a little waxy (gross) from lack of air as I wear them nearly 24/7. So I opted for a change.Iâve been thoroughly enjoying these! They are very secure and do take a little getting used to, but they are super comfy!The sound quality is great, I find no difference between these and my earbuds and they connected easily to my phone. The touch features are super responsive and the case is slick!All in all, I recommend!
