Purchased this item twice now as a Christmas present for my nephew. The first one arrived without shrink wrap (which is shown in the pictures) and the box was slightly bashed in but I thought this was perhaps a way of avoiding using more plastic so didnât worry. Soon became clear on Christmas Day that this is a faulty item. The rear of the drone doesnât lift and some of the blades were bent – I thought as a part of the design but upon further inspection is damage. I believe this was a returned item sold again.Tried to get a replacement only to have Amazon say it needed to be returned and refunded upon receipt. Had to wait in all day for a Royal Mail collection as this seller is unable to use another method of return.Purchased a second one for my disappointed nephew only for it to arrive again this evening in a another dented box – very poor when itâs a gift – and yet again a box that isnât shrink wrapped. What do you know, this one has a faulty one key lift feature and doesnât maintain altitude even with full battery.I was hoping for better based on the reviews – very disappointing especially for my little nephew who has now had two broken Christmas presents. Iâd advise to spend a little more a buy an alternative.

Got this product as a gift and was well received. Great value for money. Easy to use and withstands minor knocks and crashes well. Could be better it if it came with the option of purchasing more batteries. Decent camera quality and phone controls in the mount within the handheld controller.

The drone is not fit for purpose, it couldnât take off from the ground so returned it next day but only received 39 pounds back.Do not order not worth it spend extra 30 quid and get a much better drone.My child is autistic so was really disappointed Christmas Day!
