Clear Sound
I purchased this headset to replace another that finally would not hold a charge (sent that back to Amazon for credit). The headset is great. It starts up when I fire up my computer every morning and immediately connects to phone calls when I press the answer button. I sound that I receive from videos or phone are very clear and good volume control. I ask my customers how they are receiving my phone calls and everyone of them states that my voice comes through nice and clear. Very pleased with the headset and especially for the price.

Work from home
Super comfortable. And noise cancellation works great. Only issue I have is when I’m on a zoom and my phone Somtimes I have to change the zoom setting back. Usually if I do a lot of zooms that day I just shut my Bluetooth off on my phone. Overall. Love it

Sounds like there is a pillow over the microphone
I tried this and the dual ear BH70. Both sounded horrible. I was replacing a Yealink WH62 that stopped working after a year.Very disappointed in this company after using them for 10 years with good results.

excellent quality muffles sound
The product is excellent in keeping out background noise and clarity when speaking to clients on sales calls. The one drawback is it easily falls off your head with sudden movements

buenos
