The shoe display was nothing like it was displayed. It did not match up to the price. I have not received my refund on this item. It never took this long at Amazon to receive my refund.

Great customer service
This device was exactly what my son wanted but the magnet shattered in his hands the very first time he was trying to use it. That was bad and cause of a star loss. The good was that upon notifying the company they immediately sent out a replacement device and took care of it. No complaints on that at all. The replacement works great.

Really wanted this to work!
I tried using with different shoes, items etc, it would stay for a little bit then either fall or be sucked up to the top. Can’t use unfortunately.

Doesnât work on any shoe. Kids shoe or adult. I tried to return also but they wonât even let me. DO NOT BUY!

Settings are weird
I can only use certain low cut shoes because the display isn’t deep enough for high tops (ex. Jordan 3 yes, Jordan 5 no). Also the light is cool but too bright and can’t be turned off. The setting knob on the back is also a little frustrating to use as well. Cool gadget but would probably buy a different one next time.
