    No room for camera flash
    Great product. Really sturdy and secure. My only complaint, I have a Canon 250d (SL3) camera and unfortunately when I was shooting product using the settings I normally use, which require’s camera flash, there wasn’t enough room to pop open the flash.

    The Second Mounting Screw is a Royal Pain!
    The price was great, the plastic construction was acceptable, and the grip was certainly usable – but I have to tell you, that second mounting screw in the bottom that is unremovable is an absolute nightmare and a waste of a pretty good design.I do plan on using this for casual work, but definitely not for serious or wildlife shoots, because the rattling produced by that second screw – which you can’t remove, would interfere with any audio or discretion. It’s really too bad, because the idea was there, but somebody clearly didn’t think it through.

    This product is made with durable injection molded plastic which can be prone to impact shock hazards. I like to take my camera outdoors and into some rugged areas. That said it does provide excellent mounting hardware, a microphone boot and rubberized hand grip and surface for a secure steadiness. Very easy to keep your shot steady due to the well crafted balance. Especially good if you have a remote control for your camera start and stop.
